Donald Trump’s allies are preparing to go to war over the Democrats’ blatant cheating

The Colorado Supreme Court went too far. Now they’re facing the consequences.

Because Donald Trump’s allies are preparing for war over the Democrats’ blatant cheating.

The decision by the Colorado Supreme Court on Tuesday that disqualifies former President Donald Trump from appearing on a presidential ballot in the state, was met with strong criticism from his legal team, relatives, and his campaign.

In a 4-3 decision on Tuesday, the court determined that Trump was ineligible according to the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution. The decision by the Colorado Supreme Court, which is comprised entirely of Democrats, has been rejected by President Trump, as one would expect, according to Trump campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung.

After blaming the Left-leaning Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics for suing to remove Trump from the Colorado ballot, Chueng went on to condemn other groups that he believed were attempting to prevent Coloradans from casting ballots for Trump.

“Democrat Party leaders are in a state of paranoia over the growing, dominant lead President Trump has amassed in the polls. They have lost faith in the failed Biden presidency and are now doing everything they can to stop the American voters from throwing them out of office next November,” Chueng explained.

“The Colorado Supreme Court issued a completely flawed decision tonight and we will swiftly file an appeal to the United States Supreme Court and a concurrent request for a stay of this deeply undemocratic decision. We have full confidence that the U.S. Supreme Court will quickly rule in our favor and finally put an end to these un-American lawsuits,” Mr. Chueng added.

“Let’s not worry about Democracy or the will of the American people…If you can’t win, cheat…This is un-American and the typical playbook of the modern democratic party,” Donald Trump’s son, Eric, shared on Twitter (renamed to ‘X’).

On Tuesday, Trump’s lawyer Alina Habba blasted the ruling. The Colorado Supreme Court’s decision “attacks the very heart of this nation’s democracy,” she shared with the media. “It will not stand, and we trust that the Supreme Court will reverse this unconstitutional order.”

“Mass censorship. Intelligence coups. Imprisoning dissidents. Election interference. And now, removing Trump from the ballot,” Stephen Miller, the founder of America First Legal said after the ruling. “Democrats have declared war on Democracy.”

Prominent figures from Trump’s past administration have also voiced their disapproval of the decision.

“Colorado just decided to disenfranchise the people of their state by choosing to remove Donald Trump from the ballot,” declared Ben Carson.

“Putin-style ‘my opponent isn’t qualified for the ballot,’” Donald Trump’s former Director of National Intelligence, Mr. Ric Grenell, shared online.

The move was also criticized by some Trump supporters.

According to MAGA Inc. spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt, a former assistant White House press secretary, “Today’s ruling by the Colorado Supreme Court is much more than a political attack on President Donald Trump — it’s an attack on the Republican Party and the very fabric of America.” Her post further elaborates on the political nature of the ruling.

“Everyone, including the Republicans running against Donald Trump for the Republican nomination, and even President Joe Biden, must speak out swiftly against this unconstitutional ruling and stand for fair and honest elections.”

From November 27th through December 14th, an average of general election polls conducted by RealClearPolitics shows that Trump has a 3.5% lead against President Joe Biden.
