Incriminating report from Congress proves what we all knew about Biden

The Big Guy has been hiding for too long. Now he has nowhere to hide.

Because an incriminating report from Congress proves what we all knew about Biden.

The House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government has released a sweeping 17,000-page report chronicling its work this Congress. The document, obtained by Fox News Digital, outlines the committee’s achievements in exposing federal overreach and protecting Americans’ free speech rights.

Chaired by Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, under the House Judiciary Committee, the subcommittee highlights its role in uncovering abuses by federal law enforcement and government agencies during the Biden-Harris administration.

“The Weaponization Committee conducted rigorous oversight of the Biden-Harris administration’s weaponized government and uncovered numerous examples of federal government abuses,” Jordan told Fox News Digital.

He added, “Through our oversight, we protected the First Amendment by investigating the censorship-industrial complex, heard from numerous brave whistleblowers, stopped the targeting of Americans by the IRS and Department of Justice, and created serious legislative and policy changes that will benefit all Americans.”

The report paints a dire picture of a “two-tiered system of government,” one favoring the politically connected while subjecting ordinary Americans to “intimidation and unfairness.” According to the subcommittee, this dynamic has grown “even more stark” under Biden’s leadership.

Created to expose federal abuses, the committee says it aimed to “bring abuses by the federal government into the light for the American people” and empower Congress to act. The report calls its work a “necessary first step” in halting the weaponization of federal agencies.

Among the subcommittee’s top concerns was the Biden administration’s alleged censorship efforts.

The report claims multiple federal agencies coordinated with academics, nonprofits, and private entities to silence online speech, revealing what it called the “censorship-industrial complex.” These efforts, it argues, undermined the First Amendment.

“In a Supreme Court dissent, three justices noted how the Select Subcommittee’s investigation revealed that ‘valuable speech was…suppressed,’” the report states.

It also points to a letter from Facebook and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, who admitted that the Biden-Harris administration “pressured” the platform to suppress content critical to U.S. political discourse.

The subcommittee claims victories in curbing censorship, including forcing universities and groups to halt “disinformation” research and slowing federal agencies’ coordination with Big Tech.

The panel also touts a major win in October when it blocked the formation of a new advertising group, GARM, which it accused of working to cut advertising dollars from conservative media outlets.

Beyond free speech, the subcommittee investigated federal law enforcement’s alleged weaponization against Americans. Whistleblowers exposed instances of waste, fraud, and retaliation at the FBI, which reportedly targeted employees who spoke out. The bureau later admitted to errors and reinstated at least one security clearance.

The subcommittee also delved into federal overreach in religious and educational settings. It revealed and halted the FBI’s targeting of Catholic Americans for their beliefs, exposed DOJ directives to intimidate parents at school board meetings, and stopped the IRS from making unannounced visits to taxpayers’ homes.

On election interference, the report details how the FBI sought to “prebunk” stories about the Biden family’s influence-peddling schemes before the 2020 election, claiming the Biden campaign colluded with intelligence officials to discredit these stories as “Russian disinformation.”

The extensive report lists hearings, subpoenas, and depositions conducted by the subcommittee, including testimonies from former FBI and CIA officials, Big Tech executives, and even figures like John Brennan and Mark Pomerantz, involved in controversial cases against President Trump.

While the subcommittee acknowledges its work isn’t finished, it frames this Congress’s efforts as a significant step in restoring accountability and trust in the federal government.

The report makes clear that under the Biden administration, the need for vigilance and oversight has never been greater.
