House Republican Jim Jordan is tracking down every lead on Biden’s scandals. But he never could have seen this coming.
Because Jim Jordan just landed on evidence exposing Biden for illegally spying on Americans.
Over the past year, we’ve watched the FBI lose any and all trust that the American public had in them.
The raid in cooperation with the Biden admin-led DOJ gave many Americans cause for concern that the FBI had become compromised to become a political arm of the White House.
Then that concern was only validated by many scandals that would come out soon afterwards.
The FBI’s been caught circulating memos that indicate that they have been planning to target Christians who protest school boards as “radical domestic terrorists”, specifically Catholic Christians.
The FBI has also been waging a war on pro-life Americans, raiding them left and right – sometimes unconstitutionally – while the violent radical pro-abortionists are getting away with their crimes against pregnancy crisis centers.
But the scandals coming to the forefront to the American public isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
Now, leading House Republican Jim Jordan (R-KY) has stumbled upon evidence that the Biden administration is illegally spying on millions of Americans through the FBI.
In a House Judiciary Subcommittee hearing, Jim Jordan learned from U.S. Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board members Sharon Franklin and Beth Williams that the FBI has accessed “incidental information” on Americans in a database that they accessed more than 3 million times.
Apparently 30% of the times that this data was accessed in the database was done “in error” according to Representative Jim Jordan.
Furthermore, Jim Jordan said that the Biden DOJ is doing all of this while violating probable cause laws and the U.S. Constitution.
Meanwhile, the FBI has told Congress that they won’t be telling anyone how many Americans are included in this list of “incidental information” that they’ve been accessing, sometimes in error.
In response to this bombshell evidence, Jordan said that the FBI needed to get out of the data collection on Americans business all together.
“The solution is simple, right: require probably cause, if you’re going to query this database on American citizens?” Jim Jordan said during the hearing.
“How about if we just get the FBI out of this business, altogether?” Republican Jordan added.
Jordan is referencing the fact that the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act – specifically Section 702 – is due for reauthorization by Congress at the end of 2023.
Jim Jordan and his fellow Republicans in Congress are likely to do everything they can to end these capabilities of the federal government to spy on Americans in the name of “national security.”
Too often, these “national security” measures only serve those in the federal government to accomplish what they want politically.
That’s exactly what we’ve seen with the Biden-led DOJ and FBI raiding Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home.
Now we know that the Biden administration is likely spying on countless more Americans illegally.
