Jimmy Kimmel was just exposed for committing a faux pas he’ll never live down

Kimmel has made headlines for his tasteless comments about Charlie Kirk. Now he’s in the headlines for an entirely different reason.

And Jimmy Kimmel was just exposed for committing a faux pas he’ll never live down.

Late-Night Hosts’ Overwhelming Bias Against Conservatives Persists

A comprehensive 2025 analysis of major late-night shows reveals an astonishing 92% of political jokes were aimed at conservatives—a sharp 10% increase from the prior year—exposing these programs as little more than partisan echo chambers in a nation that decisively rejected leftist narratives by re-electing President Trump.

The Media Research Center’s NewsBusters reviewed 818 episodes from hosts including Jimmy Kimmel, Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Fallon, and Seth Meyers, confirming the relentless targeting despite Trump’s landslide victory.

“The numbers don’t lie,” Media Research Center president David Bozell said, per the Post. “So-called late-night comedians are part of the entire elitist media complex that has fueled hatred of conservatives for years.”

Thousands of Jokes Fixated on Trump

Hosts delivered over 7,000 jokes mocking President Trump alone—an uptick from previous years—with Jimmy Kimmel leading the assault by unleashing more than 3,000 anti-conservative barbs, including 1,668 specifically targeting Trump.

The guest imbalance was equally glaring: 197 liberal appearances compared to a mere 2 conservatives—Greg Gutfeld and economist Oren Cass—turning monologues into one-sided propaganda sessions that alienate everyday Americans.

Kimmel exemplified the vitriol, falsely claiming about the assassin of conservative activist Charlie Kirk:

“We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang trying to characterize this kid who k*lled Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it.”

Declining Ratings and Cancellations Signal Viewer Revolt

Consequences are mounting as audiences tune out: Kimmel’s brief suspension sparked a temporary surge to 6.3 million viewers upon return, only to crash 64% to 2.3 million shortly after.

CBS axed The Late Show amid $40 million annual losses, prompting Colbert’s expletive-riddled meltdown against Trump—further highlighting how these hosts prioritize leftist activism over entertaining a broad audience.

As viewership collapses and networks cut ties, the data lays bare late-night “comedy” as a failing Democrat mouthpiece, rejected by Americans tired of biased, divisive content.
