Whoopi Goldberg, a radical Leftist, unleashed a tirade against America’s immigration enforcers on ABC’s The View. During Monday’s episode, she didn’t hold back, labeling Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents as “violent criminals.”
This came amid a heated debate about a tragic incident in Minneapolis, where an anti-ICE radical met her end after ramming an agent with her car.
The cohosts were dissecting the deadly clash involving activist Renee Good, who sped toward an ICE officer, hitting him before he fired in self-defense. Instead of standing up for the men and women risking their lives to keep U.S. streets safe, Goldberg flipped the script entirely. She argued that ICE’s actions in major hubs like Minneapolis proved they were more dangerous than the illegals they were rounding up.
Goldberg kicked off her rant by mocking the Department of Homeland Security’s mission. She reminded viewers that DHS vowed to target the most hardened offenders—the “worst of the worst” flooding America’s communities.
Recent arrest reports from the Minneapolis operation show ICE delivering on that exact promise, nabbing serious threats left and right.
But that wasn’t good enough for the celebrity host. In her view, the evidence pointed the other way, straight at the agency itself. She blasted them for not living up to their word, turning the tables on who the true villains were in this chaos.
“This is the thing, you said you were going after the bad guys. That’s what you said, the violent criminals. And what does it turn out? The violent criminals seem to be in the agency,” Goldberg stated.
The program then went to a commercial break. When it returned, Goldberg was already in damage-control mode, scrambling to walk back her inflammatory claim.
“Welcome back. Before we go on, I — before folks gather around and say, ‘oh, she’s accusing all of the folks at ICE of being criminals,’ that is not what I’m doing. And just so I’m clear, it feels sometimes that there is no one watching the henhouse. Okay? So before y’all start blowing it into all kinds of other stuff, just know that it’s nuance speaking,” she explained.

Think about it: ICE agents face down cartels, human traffickers, and violent gangs. They’re the thin blue line holding back a tidal wave of lawlessness from dangerous illegal aliens.
Yet here comes Whoopi, from her cushy TV set, smearing them as criminals while ignoring the real dangers they confront.
