Ever since Kamala Harris came into view for the Democrats as a replacement for Joe Biden within hours of his announcement to step aside from his campaign, the mainstream media outlets like CNN and MSNBC have been giving Harris more flowers than a prom queen at the biggest high school in the country.
You would think she’s more worthy of praise than Mother Theresa by the way they just spend all their airtime trying to gas her campaign up in hopes to beat Donald Trump in November. Unfortunately for her, reality was bound to set it and it’s hitting her hard and fast.
Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff’s Past Affair Surfaces: A Closer Look at the Impact
Recent revelations have brought to light a significant event from Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff’s past. Emhoff, the husband of Vice President Kamala Harris, has been implicated in an extramarital affair with a teacher at his children’s school prior to his 2009 divorce from Kerstin Emhoff, with whom he shares a son and daughter.
According to the Daily Mail, the affair led to the teacher’s pregnancy in the same year, which unfortunately ended in a miscarriage as reported by CBS News, citing two sources close to the woman at the time. While this information is newly disclosed to the American public, reports suggest that the Biden campaign was aware of Emhoff’s infidelity before selecting Harris as President Joe Biden’s running mate in 2020. Harris herself was reportedly aware of the affair before marrying Emhoff in 2014, as per the New York Times.
On Saturday, both Doug and Kerstin Emhoff issued statements addressing the affair, although they did not mention the pregnancy. Doug Emhoff acknowledged his actions during his first marriage, stating, “During my first marriage, Kerstin and I went through some tough times on account of my actions. I took responsibility, and in the years since, we worked through things as a family and have come out stronger on the other side.”
Kerstin Emhoff, in her statement, refrained from confirming if the affair was the direct cause of their separation. Instead, she highlighted their current amicable relationship. “Doug and I decided to end our marriage for a variety of reasons, many years ago. He is a great father to our kids, continues to be a great friend to me, and I am really proud of the warm and supportive blended family Doug, Kamala, and I have built together.”
Vice President Kamala Harris has not commented on the affair. However, Emhoff’s growing prominence in the campaign might compel her to address the issue eventually. Emhoff has been actively participating in Harris’s campaign events, particularly focusing on abortion rights, emphasizing that it is not solely a women’s issue but one that affects families as a whole.
The unraveling of this news has, no doubt, caused many to rethink the Harris they may have been sold my the mainstream media over the past couple of weeks. She has her own skeletons in her closet, as most politicians these days do.

Affairs Seem To Run In The Harris Family
You may have heard by now that Kamala Harris herself isn’t innocent on this front either. She is absolutely guilty of having an affair with a married man for her own personal and career benefit, which may be worse than just having an affair out of infatuation and poor decisions.
Kamala Harris, before she was even 30 years old, started an intimate relationship with one Willie Brown, who was 60 years old at the time, back in the early 1990s.
It was during this time she received a whole bunch of favorable positions on commission boards and such, skyrocketing her chances of being a future elected official in San Francisco and then eventually of California.
The sad part about this all is that Americans have been so accustomed to seeing politicians who have real skeletons in their closets that some Americans have grown numb to it all.
It’s not since Ronald Reagan that we have had a truly upright U.S. President in office. That man truly loved his wife and didn’t want to do anyone wrong. Before that, probably not since Calvin Coolidge.
