An FBI agent killer is on the loose after Biden made this boneheaded move

Democrats are not the party of law and order. Every one of their actions proves it.

Now an FBI agent killer is on the loose after Biden made this boneheaded move.

Leonard Peltier, the 80-year-old activist and convicted m*rderer of two FBI agents, is heading home after spending nearly 50 years behind bars for a brutal 1975 ambush on South Dakota’s Pine Ridge Reservation. His release, however, has ignited a firestorm — especially within the law enforcement community.

Peltier’s first stop? A reservation casino party, courtesy of the NDN Collective, an indigenous rights group celebrating what they call his “wrongful incarceration.”

But make no mistake — this isn’t about justice. This is about politics. In one of his final acts in office, former President Joe Biden granted Peltier clemency — ignoring blistering warnings from former FBI Director Christopher Wray and the FBI Agents Association.

Wray, in a desperate plea just days before Biden’s move, didn’t mince words:

“I hope these letters are unnecessary, and that you are not considering a pardon or commutation,” Wray warned. “Peltier is a remorseless k*ller, who brutally m*rdered two of our own—Special Agents Jack Coler and Ronald Williams. Granting Peltier any relief from his conviction or sentence is wholly unjustified and would be an affront to the rule of law.”

Peltier was serving two life sentences for his role in the cold-blooded execution of FBI agents Jack Coler and Ronald Williams — plus an extra seven years for an armed prison escape attempt.

The agents never stood a chance. On June 26, 1975, while searching for robbery suspects on the Pine Ridge Reservation, they radioed for help as gunfire erupted. By the time backup arrived, their bullet-riddled car had been hit 125 times. The agents had fired only five shots in return. Both lay dead, executed with point-blank shots to the head from a .223-caliber rifle — Peltier’s AR-15.

The FBI never forgot — and neither did the victims’ families.

“[Peltier] executed the two agents when they were wounded on the ground—no mercy or forgiveness,” said Ed Mireles, a decorated FBI agent. “No mercy or forgiveness for Peltier.”

Yet Peltier, a member of the American Indian Movement, has spent decades casting himself as a political prisoner. Left-wing figures have eaten it up, despite Peltier’s own admissions to firing at the agents — once to Canadian police after his arrest and again on 60 Minutes in 1991.

Peltier’s parole bids flopped, and presidents from Bill Clinton to Barack Obama denied him clemency. But Biden caved — choosing radical activists and far-Left lawmakers like Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, and Deb Haaland over law enforcement and the victims’ families.

Biden’s excuse?

“Tribal Nations, Nobel Peace laureates, former law enforcement officials… dozens of lawmakers, and human rights organizations strongly support granting Mr. Peltier clemency, citing his advanced age, illnesses, his close ties to and leadership in the Native American community, and the substantial length of time he has already spent in prison,” Biden claimed.

But here’s the truth: More than a dozen appeals — including two before the Supreme Court — failed to overturn Peltier’s conviction. As Wray reminded Biden:

“For nearly 50 years, no fewer than 22 federal judges, multiple parole boards, and six presidential administrations have evaluated the evidence… Each has reached the same conclusion: Peltier’s claims are meritless and his convictions and sentence must stand.”

So, what’s Peltier’s punishment now? Home confinement — while Coler and Williams remain in their graves.

The FBI Agents Association president, Natalie Bara, summed up the bitter betrayal:

“Leonard Peltier has never expressed remorse for his actions. Special Agents Coler and Williams were stolen from their families… Leonard Peltier should not have been granted a mercy he so cruelly denied to the Coler and Williams families.”

Biden’s clemency sends a chilling message: Victims—and justice—take a backseat to politics. And law enforcement officers? They’re on their own.
