All eyes are on President Biden. He’s at risk of being kicked out.
And now this 25th Amendment removal of Biden filing has rocked the entire nation.
In the wake of the first presidential debate between Joe Biden and Donald Trump, there has been a ton of discussion about replacing Biden as the Democrat nominee before the Democrat convention arrives. The problem is that the reports are that Joe Biden and his allies simply don’t care to step aside.
Reports are that Joe Biden, his wife, his closest allies, and his close friends are all telling him that this will all blow over and he’ll have a repeat of his win in 2020 against Donald Trump. They say that Joe Biden wasn’t polling well in the summer of 2020 against Donald Trump and that it’s all just cycles and that the election will be close again, but that he’ll come out on top.
The only issue is that the polls were not close between Joe Biden and Donald Trump in the summer of 2020. Joe Biden led Donald Trump in the national surveys by about ten points on average and that election still ended up close. Today, the roles are reversed. It’s Donald Trump in the lead, meaning he’s in the driver’s seat on his way to an electoral college victory.
So the damage control of Biden and his allies is only going to go so far. In fact, at the time this article is being written, the tag of “25th Amendment” is trending on Twitter (also known as X). Many are saying that this is a situation that deserves the invoking of the 25th Amendment, as it appears Joe Biden is not fit to run the nation as the President of the United States.
Those calls for the invocation of the 25th Amendment are growing louder and louder. So much so, that now there’s representatives in the U.S. House chamber in Congress who are literally preparing filings for Joe Biden to be removed lawfully as a result of the requirements of the 25th Amendment.
Republican Texas Rep. Chip Roy to Introduce Resolution to Remove President Biden from Office
In the wake of Thursday night’s presidential debate, Republican Texas Representative Chip Roy announced his intention to introduce a resolution aimed at removing President Joe Biden from office. Roy shared his plans in a post on the social media platform X on Friday morning, revealing that he will utilize the 25th Amendment to call for Biden’s removal.
Roy’s proposed resolution seeks to mobilize Biden’s cabinet officials to formally declare the president incapable of fulfilling his official duties. The representative’s call to action follows widespread criticism of Biden’s debate performance against former President Donald Trump, which has been labeled a “complete disaster” even by Democratic insiders and typically favorable media outlets.
The 25th Amendment, specifically Section Four, grants the vice president and a majority of the cabinet the authority to deem the president unfit for office. Should this section be invoked, Vice President Kamala Harris would assume the presidency, as outlined by the National Constitution Center.
“I intend to put forth a resolution calling upon the [vice president] to immediately use her powers under section 4 of the 25th Amendment to convene & mobilize the principal officers of the Cabinet to declare the [president] is unable to successfully discharge the duties and powers of his office,” Roy wrote in his post.

During the debate, President Biden appeared hoarse, coughed intermittently, and struggled at times to coherently conclude sentences. This performance has reignited concerns about his mental acuity and overall fitness for office — issues that have persisted, especially since special counsel Robert Hur described the president as a “well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory” in February.
It’s not just conservatives and Republicans saying this either. Staunch allies of Joe Biden are no longer putting up with the nonsense. They won’t go along with the facade anymore or are waking up to it all.
Jon Stewart on his show The Daily Show on Comedy Central, shared clips of Joe Biden looking like he had no idea where he was and bug-eyed during the debate. He joked that Joe Biden had “resting 25th Amendment face” as he winced in fear of what’s next for Biden and company.

All the normally Biden-friendly networks and media talking heads agree that we are absolutely in 25th Amendment territory. Not only that, but now anyone in Congress who disagrees with the resolutions to invoke the 25th Amendment will be put on blast and exposed as an establishment hack who just wants to keep the status quo going.
Forget the election, this is heading into 25th amendment territory.
