Former Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, is one of the least-liked individuals in Congress. There’s a reason for that.
That’s because Nancy Pelosi just insulted Americans in the most disgusting way.
In an interview over the weekend, California Democrat Representative Nancy Pelosi claimed that President Joe Biden’s economic strategy was successful but that the president should communicate this to the public so that the “American people know.”
The interview took place on CNN’s “State of the Union” with Dana Bash, where Pelosi gave an appearance.
Bash listed many economic indicators that, in her opinion, bode well for the Biden administration, and then she questioned Pelosi why these figures don’t represent the optimism about economic conditions that is reflected in polls.
“Well, a lot of it’s about messaging, of course,” Pelosi expressed.
“I’m so proud of this president. In the two years that we were in the majority working with him, he broke all records, on the level with a Lyndon Johnson or a Franklin Roosevelt, in terms of the caliber of legislation that he passed for the good of the people, lowering prescription drugs, again, cutting in half – as you indicate, cutting in half unemployment.”
Even if Americans’ actual experiences don’t match the Biden administration’s messaging, according to Pelosi, the success the government claims to have had “has to be messaged” for them to believe it.
Pelosi said, “This president did such a remarkable job.”
“He is a person of such knowledge, such vision for the country, such knowledge of the issues, such strategic thinking and such a legislator, and, on top of it all, a person who connects with the American people.”
The only solution is for him to “get out there,” she said.
“It’s a busy job being president. I can say that as being speaker. You’re doing your work. But he’s just going to have to make sure the American people know at that kitchen table what this means to them, in terms of jobs and pay, reducing inflation.”

So Nancy Pelosi is effectively saying the American people are too dense to understand when the economy is doing well and when it isn’t?
How about the fact that average gas prices are still way higher than they were under the Trump administration’s tenure in the White House?
Or how about the fact that inflation is still been hanging around 4-6%, which is way higher than the Biden administration’s goal of getting inflation back down to an annualized rate of 2%?
Isn’t he failing by his own standards in that case?
The fact of the matter is that Americans do not feel as though the economy is doing well because it simply isn’t.
The Biden administration and the Democrats can gaslight Americans all they want, but it doesn’t change the fact that Americans are hurting because of the policies of the Biden administration.
Of course, you can’t expect a career politician who has sucked the blood of the American taxpayer for decades like Nancy Pelosi to understand this.
