President Biden’s health took sharp turn for the worse: report

The end is near for Joe Biden. He’s in dire straits.

Because Joe Biden’s health took a sharp turn for the worse according to a new report.

Biden’s Stamina and Mental Fitness Shifted To The Worse At Beginning Of Admin

A new report from The Wall Street Journal sheds light on concerns raised by members of President Joe Biden’s staff about his stamina and mental clarity during the early months of his presidency. Drawing from interviews with nearly 50 people, including current and former White House staffers, lawmakers, and others who interacted directly with the president, the report highlights a pattern of erratic behavior and increased confusion.

The Journal’s findings point to the president’s diminishing energy and occasional lapses in memory or focus. One former aide recalled a conversation with a national security official in the spring of 2021, explaining why a crucial meeting was canceled. The official reportedly said, “He has good days and bad days, and today was a bad day so we’re going to address this tomorrow.” Such comments suggest a growing awareness among staff of Biden’s health and mental state, which they believed fluctuated unpredictably.

Democrat lawmakers also reported a sense of disconnect between the president and Congress. According to several sources, Biden was less available and engaged than his predecessors. Meetings with members of Congress were sparse and often short-lived. Rep. Adam Smith (D-Wash.) noted that, during his time in office, “The Biden White House was more insulated than most.” He compared his interactions with former President Barack Obama, saying that he spoke with Obama on several occasions, even when he wasn’t a committee chairman, but had little personal contact with Biden despite being a senior member of the House Armed Services Committee.

Rep. Jim Himes (D-Conn.) echoed Smith’s sentiment, stating, “I really had no personal contact with this president. I had more personal contact with Obama, which is sort of strange because I was a lot more junior.”

Biden Officials Silenced For Speaking Out

The report also highlights that Biden’s own Cabinet members began to feel distanced from the president. Some stopped requesting calls with Biden after sensing that such requests were unwelcome. The Wall Street Journal mentions that Cabinet officials like Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Michael Regan did not comment directly on the allegations, but a source familiar with the reporting confirmed that these figures had rejected claims about Biden’s mental acuity.

Despite such concerns, the Journal also noted that Biden held fewer Cabinet meetings compared to his recent predecessors. In his first term, President Donald Trump held 25 full Cabinet meetings, and former President Obama held 19. In contrast, Biden held only eight Cabinet meetings during the same period, raising questions about the level of communication between the president and his closest advisors.

In response to the Journal’s report, the White House issued a statement defending the president’s leadership and abilities. White House spokesman Andrew Bates emphasized that Biden remains engaged with his Cabinet on a daily basis, maintaining frequent one-on-one conversations with key officials. “President Biden speaks with members of his Cabinet daily, and with most members multiple times a week, staying in close touch with them about implementation of key laws and strengthening our national security,” Bates stated. He also pointed out that Cabinet meetings, while important, are not as frequent due to the demands of the contemporary work environment, which often favors smaller, more focused interactions.

Bates further addressed the claim that Biden’s leadership style is more insulated, noting that every presidency experiences periods where certain individuals in Washington may not receive as much time with the president as they would prefer. However, he argued that such circumstances should not be interpreted as a lack of engagement or a reflection of the president’s capacity.

Despite some of the concerns raised by staffers, several of Biden’s Cabinet members have publicly affirmed their confidence in his mental fitness and leadership abilities. Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas reiterated his trust in Biden’s abilities, stating in September, “I have full confidence in President Biden’s ability to carry out his job.” Mayorkas went on to describe how Biden’s questions in meetings are “detail-oriented, probing, and exacting,” and noted the president’s skill at recalling past conversations to analyze current issues.

Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo also offered strong praise for the president, calling him “one of the most accomplished presidents in American history” and commending his “steady hand” in leadership. Raimondo, who regularly meets with the president in Cabinet sessions, characterized him as an “incisive and extraordinary leader.”

Furthermore, Deputy Pentagon Press Secretary Sabrina Singh echoed the sentiments of Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, who has praised Biden’s decision-making on national security matters. Singh noted that Austin had full confidence in the president’s judgment and commitment to keeping U.S. troops safe.

While some members of the White House staff and Congress have expressed concerns over President Biden’s mental clarity and the frequency of his interactions, others within his Cabinet continue to voice their unwavering confidence in his leadership. The mixed reactions just go to show the ongoing debate over Biden’s fitness for office, which has become a focal point as the president approaches the final weeks of his term. The White House has pushed back against claims of mental decline, emphasizing the president’s accomplishments and ongoing engagement with his administration, despite the criticisms.

This report only continues to add to the major concerns that political pundits, commentators, and many average Americans have over the possibility that the sitting President is not even capable to fulfill his daily duties. This has serious national security implications, and many believe this is why the government is playing quiet about new security concerns over the drones in the northeast.
