Rogue Democrat burns bridges in Washington, D.C. with tell-all on Joe Biden

The Democrat Party is scattered. They can’t keep a lid on their secrets anymore.

That’s why a rogue Democrat burned bridges in Washington, D.C. with a tell-all on Joe Biden.

After Joe Biden’s terrible debate performance in June of 2024, media talking heads could no longer keep the cat in the bag concerning Joe Biden’s clear decline of mental health and sharpness. Even important Democrat Party operatives and officials were forced to have a “come-to-Jesus” moment with the American people and admit that he could not run for another four years anymore. Ultimately, everyone knows that Joe Biden was forced out by his own Party, with no evidence to suggest that he even wanted to leave the race.

Since Donald Trump’s win, Democrats and their mainstream media allies have been forced to tell the truth about what has happened leading up to Joe Biden’s exit from the race as a result of his health. To not come clean is just a huge political mistake, so plenty of Democrats are spilling the truth as much as they can in hopes of keeping their political careers alive.

Concerns About Biden’s Age and Health Amid Trump’s Second Term

In a candid appearance on CNN, former Democratic Representative Susan Wild of Pennsylvania voiced her concerns about President Joe Biden’s ability to communicate effectively, despite asserting that his “mental acuity” remained intact. Wild’s comments come as Biden faces growing scrutiny regarding his age and health, even after the surprising turn of events that saw former President Donald Trump win a second term in office.

Biden, who had announced the end of his reelection bid on July 21, had come under increasing pressure following a weak performance in a June 27 CNN debate with Trump, where he struggled to project the strength many Democrats had hoped for. This defeat added to doubts about his ability to serve another term, especially amid concerns about his physical and mental health.

Reflecting on Biden’s campaign performance, Wild acknowledged that the “age issue” and the debate were significant factors working against Biden. She pointed to Biden’s candid admission during an interview with veteran Washington journalist Susan Page, where he was asked if he felt he would have had the vigor to serve another four years in office. Biden’s response was strikingly honest: “I don’t know. Who the hell knows? So far, so good, but who knows what I’m going to be when I’m 86 years old?”

This frankness raised difficult questions. CNN host Kasie Hunt asked Wild if such a response would have helped Democrats if it had been made four years ago. Wild responded, “No, that line would not have helped Democrats. And I think that—who knows whether he could have won, but we can’t underestimate the fact that having a woman, a woman of color at the top of the ticket may or may not have helped Democrats win the presidency.”

Wild’s response highlights the broader doubts about Biden’s candidacy, suggesting that his age, communication difficulties, and lackluster debate performance were all considerable hindrances to his reelection prospects. With Trump now in office for a second term, these concerns only intensify, as Biden’s ability to lead through the demands of another four years is increasingly questioned.

Health and Cognitive Issues Continue to Stir Debate

Biden’s health and cognitive abilities have long been a topic of concern, with media reports and political commentators frequently raising questions about his physical condition. A Wall Street Journal article published in December revealed that Biden’s White House aides had taken significant steps to shield the president from public scrutiny, limiting access to important officials and cabinet members as Biden’s health reportedly declined. This followed earlier reports earlier in the year, which generated debate over the transparency of the administration concerning Biden’s cognitive state.

During her interview, Hunt asked Wild whether she had been confident in Biden’s mental abilities before the problematic debate. Wild acknowledged that while she was confident in Biden’s mental sharpness, she had reservations about his ability to effectively communicate. “I was confident in his mental acuity,” she said, “but I did have great concerns about his ability to project and to speak. He’s had a lifelong speech impediment, as we know, but this was something different and I saw it firsthand.”

Wild elaborated on her concerns, explaining that at times, she struggled to understand Biden even when standing close to him. “That caused me a lot of concern because, as president of the United States, it’s not that you’re speaking professionally, but it’s an important thing to be able to communicate well,” she said. While Wild didn’t explicitly question Biden’s cognitive abilities, she made clear that his communication difficulties were a significant issue.

Health Concerns Through Biden’s Presidency and Trump’s Return

Biden’s age and health have consistently been at the center of public debate throughout his presidency, with various incidents sparking concerns. For example, Biden publicly mentioned having conversations with people who had passed away, including former German Chancellor Helmut Kohl and former French President François Mitterrand, both of whom died years before. On another occasion, Biden made an awkward comment asking for Republican Rep. Jackie Walorski of Indiana at a conference on hunger, weeks after Walorski and two staffers tragically died in a car accident.

Biden has also experienced several physical setbacks during his time in office, including multiple falls — one at the U.S. Air Force Academy in June 2023, another while biking in June 2022, and several stumbles on the steps of Air Force One. These incidents have raised concerns about his ability to continue leading the country as he is now in his early 80s. To mitigate these issues, Biden used a different set of stairs to board Air Force One and has made other adjustments to accommodate his age.
