Soros family assumes control of Democrat Party

The Democrat Party is in chaos. Chaos invites dictators.

And now the Soros family has made one crazy move to assume control of the Democrat Party.

Alexander Soros and Huma Abedin Announce Engagement: An Unholy Globalist Alliance With Democrats

Alexander Soros, the son of billionaire philanthropist George Soros and chairman of the Open Society Foundations, has announced his engagement to seasoned Democratic strategist Huma Abedin. The news was shared on Soros’ Instagram account, where he expressed their joy and gratitude, posting a photo of the proposal.

“This happened … we couldn’t be happier, more grateful or more in love,” Soros wrote alongside the picture of him proposing to Abedin. The proposal took place in New York City in late May, and the couple celebrated their engagement privately in Italy before making the news public over a month later, as reported by Vogue.

Alexander Soros recently assumed control of his father’s $25 billion philanthropic empire in June 2023. In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, he described himself as “more political” than his father. Huma Abedin, a key figure in Democratic politics, is a close ally of Hillary Clinton. She served as Clinton’s deputy chief of staff during her tenure as Secretary of State and was the vice chair of Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.

The engagement has sparked commentary from various quarters. America 2100, a think tank led by a former chief of staff to Republican Senator Marco Rubio, remarked on X, “The House of Soros is passing on the title to the firstborn son. And now, that son is marrying a powerful duchess to shore up the family empire. Every society has a ruling class.”

Soros and Abedin first met at a mutual friend’s birthday party last fall, bonding over their shared interest in politics. Since then, they have been seen together at several high-profile events, including a White House state dinner and the 2024 Met Gala.

With his new role at the helm of the Open Society Foundations, Soros plans to use its resources to support Democratic politicians and expand access to abortion, as he mentioned in his interview with The Wall Street Journal.

A former aide to Hillary Clinton described the couple to the New York Post as a “classic Clinton World couple.” This marriage will be Soros’ first, while Abedin was previously married to former New York Democratic Representative Anthony Weiner. Their marriage ended in divorce following Weiner’s s*xting scandal involving an underage girl, as reported by CBS News.

The Anthony Weiner Controversy and Huma Abedin’s Involvement

Anthony Weiner, a former U.S. Congressman, became the center of multiple controversies involving inappropriate online behavior. These scandals not only ended his political career but also had significant personal and professional repercussions for his wife, Huma Abedin, a close aide to Hillary Clinton.

The first scandal erupted in May 2011 when a s*xually explicit photo was posted on Weiner’s public Twitter (now known as X) account. Initially, Weiner claimed his account had been hacked, but he later admitted to sending the photo. Further investigation revealed that Weiner had engaged in inappropriate online relationships with several women. The scandal led to Weiner resigning from Congress in June 2011.

Huma Abedin’s Role and Response, Not What You’d Expect

Huma Abedin, a long-time aide to Hillary Clinton, was thrust into the spotlight due to her marriage to Weiner. At the time, Abedin was pregnant with their first child. Despite the scandal, Abedin stood by Weiner, releasing a statement expressing her support and hoping for privacy during the difficult time.

In 2013, Weiner attempted a political comeback by running for mayor of New York City. During the campaign, new explicit messages surfaced, revealing that Weiner had continued his online behavior even after resigning from Congress. This scandal, dubbed “Carlos Danger” after the pseudonym Weiner used, severely damaged his campaign. Abedin, who appeared in a campaign video with Weiner, publicly supported him but later distanced herself.

The 2016 Scandal and Its Political Impact

The controversies resurfaced in 2016 when it was revealed that Weiner had exchanged s*xually explicit messages with a minor. This led to a federal investigation, which uncovered emails on Weiner’s laptop that were potentially relevant to the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server. This discovery came just days before the 2016 presidential election, leading FBI Director James Comey to announce a renewed investigation into Clinton’s emails. The timing of this announcement is believed to have negatively impacted Clinton’s campaign.

Following the 2016 scandal, Abedin announced her separation from Weiner. In 2017, Weiner pleaded guilty to transferring obscene material to a minor and was sentenced to 21 months in prison. Abedin filed for divorce, although reports in 2018 indicated that they had withdrawn their divorce case and decided to settle privately to protect their son.

Today, Huma Abedin, still a major Democrat operative, getting married in to the Soros family is no surprise. Yet, while it’s no surprise, it gives off an ominous feeling of globalists deepening their connections with the Democrat Party elites.
