America’s enemies are closing in. Joe Biden’s next move is incredibly important.
But the U.S. Military has delivered Joe Biden a staggering report he was not expecting.
Back in July and August 2021, Joe Biden’s approval ratings tanked as Americans watched the Biden admin completely fumble the Afghanistan pullout in the worst way possible.
The Biden administration left billions of dollars in military equipment behind for the Taliban to use as they filed in as soon as the U.S. left.
More importantly, countless Americans were left with no security or protection from the terrorists in the Taliban.
That cemented the awful outlook Joe Biden has on the foreign policy stage in the eyes of most Americans.
It’s only getting worse, too.
A new report from the U.S. Military has a shocking update on just how bloody the war Russia is waging against Ukraine has become, a war in which the Biden administration is a major sponsor on the side of Ukraine.
The White House calculated on Monday that combat in the Bakhmut region and other parts of Ukraine had cost the Russian troops 100,000 lives over the previous five months.
According to U.S. intelligence estimates, the number of fatalities comprised more over 20,000 people, with half of them coming from the Wagner mercenary force, which consists of prisoners who have been released to fight.
“Russia’s attempt at a winter offensive in the Donbas largely through Bakhmut has failed,” Kirby claimed.
“Last December, Russia initiated a broad offensive across multiple lines of advance, including toward Vuhledar, Avdiivka, Bakhmut, and Kreminna. Most of these efforts stalled and failed. Russia has been unable to seize any strategically significant territory,” he added.
He claimed that although the Russians had achieved some little progress in Bakhmut, it had cost them, and that Ukraine’s fortifications in the area were still robust.
Kirby declared that “Russia has exhausted its military stockpiles and its armed forces.”
He claimed that the majority of the Wagner mercenary group’s troops were “Russian convicts thrown into combat in Bakhmut without sufficient combat or training, combat leadership, or any sense of organizational command and control.”
The total is three times higher than the number of American losses in the Guadalcanal war during World War Two, Kirby continued, calling the figures “really stunning.”
According to Kirby, the Biden administration would be soon announcing yet another stimulus package to support Ukraine in their war against Russia.
Of course, Ukraine has every right to defend itself against the aggression of Russia, and should be encouraged to do so.
But the Biden administration has not only been adamant in its total support for Ukraine in this bloody war, it’s been doing so at the expense of the taxpayer.
Millions of Americans are struggling with skyrocketing grocery inflation that continues on every month, eye-watering gas prices, and a housing crisis on top of all of that.
If the Ukraine-Russia continues on into the 2024 election cycle, this could be a supremely damaging issue for Joe Biden’s re-election efforts.
Especially considering that the two major likely opponents he could face in Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis are calling for peaceful ends to the war.
