The Biden family’s web of lies are falling apart. There’s nowhere left for them to hide.
Because a federal judge ordered Biden to testify under oath in shocking ruling.
No one in the Biden family is clean when it comes to their shady business deals and abuse of power.
But the most egregious offender has obviously been Hunter, Joe Biden’s son.
And his antics have been a major thorn in the side for the aging president, as he tries to weather tanking poll numbers.
Unfortunately for Joe, it doesn’t look like there’s anyway out for him.
That’s because a federal judge ordered Hunter to appear and testify under oath.
An Arkansas County Judge ordered Hunter Biden to answer questions about his finances and sit for an oath interview in a child support dispute against his daughter’s mother on Monday.
Hunter Biden will answer to the mother’s counsel’s questions in writing, which might reveal information about the family’s overseas financial interests and his art sales to unidentified buyers.
Hunter was also ordered to appear in court under oath in mid-June. A trial is also planned for July to determine whether Hunter’s child support payments will be reduced, as he sought in 2022.
Hunter is paying $20,000 every month, based on his income, according to CNN.
The court squabble could reveal how much Hunter Biden benefited from his stake in BHR Partners, a Chinese state-backed investment vehicle created just days after Hunter and President Joe Biden visited China in 2013. Hunter owned 10% of BHR Partners through a corporation called Skaneateles LLC.
Hunter Biden allegedly gave up his stake in BHR Partners, which is estimated to be worth between $420,000 and $20 million, when demand mounted to sell from the firm due to a conflict of interest when Joe Biden became president.
Skaneateles LLC is controlled by Kevin Morris, Hunter’s senior attorney, according to documents obtained by Breitbart News on Friday. Morris also paid Hunter’s IRS obligations.
It’s unclear how Morris came to control the company. In 2021, Hunter’s lawyer told the New York Times that his client “no longer holds any interest, directly or indirectly in either BHR or Skaneateles.”
According to Baidu public data, Skaneateles LLC still controls 10% of BHR Partners.
On Monday, House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) told Newsmax that he is interested in the paternity issue as a way to find out who secretly acquired Hunter’s artwork for up to $500,000 each.
“I’m also anxious to see how much money that Hunter Biden’s made from selling his high-priced artwork. And if we can find out who in fact was buying that artwork,” he said.
“The last thing I’m interested in is to determine whether or not he has offshore accounts,” he alluded to BHR Partners.
