Hillary Clinton sent the 2024 race into chaos with this stunning proclamation

Republicans thought they had seen the last of Hillary’s election antics. But they’re dead wrong.

Because Hillary Clinton sent the 2024 race into chaos with this stunning proclamation.

Hillary Clinton said that her former political competitor, former President Donald Trump, wants to “kill his opposition” because of his alleged admiration for “strongmen” dictators like Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“We haven’t talked much about the international arena, but, you know, his bromance with Putin,” added Clinton, who previously served as U.S. secretary of state and senator, in a podcast broadcast last week.

“And it was actually called that I think by the former prime minister of Australia, who said he saw Trump with Putin and Trump was like, you know, just gaga over Putin because Putin does what he would like to do: kill his opposition, imprison his opposition, drive, you know, journalists and others into exile, rule without any check or balance.”

“That’s what Trump really wants,” Clinton added.

“And so we have to be very conscious of how he sees the world because, in that world, he only sees strongmen leaders. He sees Putin, he sees [Chinese leader Xi Jinping], he sees Kim Jong Un in North Korea. Those are the people he is modeling himself after, and we’ve been down this road in our world history. We sure don’t want to go down that again.”

The interview took place on the Defending Democracy podcast hosted by Marc Elias, the lawyer who directed funding from Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee to British ex-spy Christopher Steele’s now-discredited dossier, which contained allegations of a Trump-Russia conspiracy.

Continuing the “Russiagate” storyline, which apparently contradicted some U.S. intelligence evidence, Clinton stated that one of the reasons Putin “went after” her was “because he knew I would deal with him in an appropriate way and Trump would basically do whatever he wanted.”

She went on to say, “It’s really important to think about what could happen to our world with Trump back in the White House,” later describing it as a “very scary prospect.”

Trump is running for reelection as the presumed Republican nominee after his major primary opponents dropped out and he received enough delegates to secure the party’s candidacy.

He is set to face President Joe Biden again in the 2020 general election. However, this year’s battle includes a wild card, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who is running as an independent.

The jury is still out on how much of a threat RFK Jr. really poses to Trump or Biden.

According to The Hill’s polling, a hypothetical three-way race between RFK Jr., Trump, and Biden held today would hand Trump the presidency.

The margin is narrow, with Trump polling at 41.6%, Biden at 41.2%, and RFK Jr. at 7.6%.

For a while now, most people assumed RFK Jr. would definitely harm Biden more than Trump.

When you look at his policies, he’s a liberal through-and-through. His only claim to fame is parting from Democrats on certain policies like vaccine mandates.

In a new NBC poll, however, it looks like Trump could be harmed by RFK Jr. more than Biden.

Trump leads Biden by 2 percentage points in a head-to-head matchup, 46% to 44%, in the new NBC News poll.

Yet when the ballot is expanded to five named candidates, Biden is the one with a 2-point advantage: Biden 39%, Trump 37%, Kennedy 13%, Jill Stein 3% and Cornel West 2%.
