And Adam Schiff just made an asinine claim about Trump’s plan for the midterms.
Far-left California Senator Adam Schiff appeared on MS NOW’s The Briefing to spin wild conspiracy theories about President Donald Trump and Republican efforts to protect election integrity. While ordinary Americans demand answers about past voting irregularities, Schiff is busy inventing bogeymen to scare his base ahead of the 2026 midterms.
Host Jen Psaki fed him the perfect setup, noting how the Trump administration subpoenaed records from the disputed 2020 election in Arizona.
She dismissed any real concern, claiming it had nothing to do with correcting history and everything to do with future power grabs. Then she turned to Schiff for his expert fearmongering.
Schiff didn’t disappoint the liberal audience. He launched into a tirade claiming these routine investigations were sinister plots by Trump supporters.
His exact words laid bare the panic gripping the Democrat establishment: “I think the subpoenas in Arizona, America, Maricopa County, the FBI raid in Georgia, this is all trying to establish some kind of phony predicate for them to say that the election system is so flawed, the machines don’t work.”
“There’s too much fraud and absentee ballots that come November, they can nationalize the elections, they can somehow outlaw absentee ballots, or they can seize ballot boxes and they will have some pretext to do it. So this is, I think, part of laying the foundation to interfere with, suppress the vote or ultimately subvert the vote.”
Notice how Schiff flips reality on its head. Patriots across the heartland have watched for years as Democrats pushed mail-in chaos, ballot harvesting, and unsecured drop boxes that invited fraud.
Now, when a Republican administration simply seeks transparency from Maricopa County and Georgia, Schiff screams about “seizing ballot boxes.” The projection is almost comical if it weren’t so dangerous.
He continued without missing a beat, admitting the real motive behind the hysteria. Democrats know the American people are fed up with open borders, inflation, and elite rule.
Schiff confessed their dire position: “They understand, as we do in the Democratic Party, that they are likely to get clobbered in the midterms and, you know, they’re willing to resort to anything.”
This is the same Adam Schiff who spent years peddling the Russia hoax to undermine Trump’s first term. Now he’s back, warning that honest audits and subpoenas are the true threat to democracy. Working families in flyover country see right through it.
The senator saved his most telling line for last, openly coaching his side on how to cheat the system legally.
He declared: “So we are doing everything every day to anticipate, to push back, to fight back. And really, the best protection we have is not in the Congress.”
“It’s certainly not with the Supreme Court. It is those who have the most important title and that is a voter. We need to so overwhelm the polls with Democratic votes that this election, the midterm is not even close.”
President Trump’s team isn’t “seizing” anything. They’re auditing the very processes Democrats exploited to cling to power.
