All hell broke loose in the Democrat Party after this leftist backed a Trump ally

The Democrat Party is collapsing. No one seems to be loyal to one another.

And all hell broke loose in the Democrat Party after this leftist backed a Trump ally.

Even a Democrat from the heart of Pennsylvania steel country is finally admitting what everyday Americans have known for years: Joe Biden’s open border disaster turned our southern frontier into a free-for-all that wrecked communities and shattered public trust.

Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman didn’t mince words when he sat across from Senator Markwayne Mullin during the confirmation hearing for the homeland security post. He made it crystal clear that the American people rejected the madness unleashed under the previous administration.

“Americans don’t like chaos,” Fetterman told Mullin.

“America definitely didn’t like the kinds of chaos during the Biden administration at the border. As a Democrat, I was alarmed that there were up to 300,000 encounters at our border once a month… That’s not sustainable, and that’s not manageable, and it’s making it impossible for us to assimilate [migrants].”

Fetterman’s blunt assessment lands like a thunderclap because it comes from inside the party that spent four years gaslighting the nation about “humane” migration policies that were anything but. He knows the working families in his state paid the price while Washington elites looked the other way.

The senator went out of his way to praise Mullin personally, showing a rare streak of decency in a town full of partisan knives.

“My experience with you has been consistent kindness and professionalism,” Fetterman said to Mullin.

“I’m going to remain with an open mind throughout all this [hearing].”

That kind of straight talk stands in stark contrast to the usual Democrat script of defending endless illegal crossings at any cost. Fetterman isn’t afraid to call out the failures that hurt his own voters.

He laid out exactly why he broke ranks with the rest of his party’s embrace of unchecked migration.

“I refuse to punish and make our nation less secure,” Fetterman stated.

“If you care about immigration, as I deeply do, you can’t possibly provide the American Dream for people when [a population] the size of Pittsburgh [is] showing up at our border once a month. That needs to be brought under control. And that happened [under Donald Trump].”

“I signed up as a Democrat [for] rounding up all of the criminals and deporting them. I can’t imagine why we can’t all agree with that as well, too.”

This is the voice of a senator who still remembers what it means to put American workers and families first. He watched as monthly surges the size of a major city overwhelmed shelters, schools, and hospitals while citizens got pushed to the back of the line.

Fetterman didn’t stop at policy numbers. He named the human cost that the open border crowd tried to bury under political spin:

“I grieve for Renee Good, and I agree for Alex Pretti, but I also deeply, deeply grieve for Laken Riley and her family. Now all three were failures of our government there. I was proud to be the sponsor of the Laken Riley bill, because we have to address that.”

The senator drove home a simple truth that should unite anyone who actually cares about the country.

“Two things [should] be true here. We [should] have a secure border, and we [should] round up and deport every single criminal in our nation. I can’t imagine why that’s… controversial for anybody.”
