The Democrats have pulled the emergency alarm. They’re panicking about a second Trump term.
And now Nancy Pelosi’s done the unthinkable to install Kamala Harris as the next President.
As some are pointing out, it’s astonishing that Kamala Harris is being anointed as the queen of the Democrat Party and assumed to be their nominee to run against Donald Trump and J.D. Vance this November. The reason it is astonishing is because Harris has never had any success in a national election. Sure, in 2020 she raised a bunch of money for her Presidential campaign. But she got embarrassed and was forced to drop out before January of 2020 because she had no traction with the voters.
Fast forward to today, and despite the fact that she’s never won a single delegate, she will likely be the nominee anyway. It’s truly undemocratic for the Democrat Party that has been lecturing Americans about the “threat” that Donald Trump represents to democracy. It’s not a good look in any way. Some Democrat voters have been hoping Kamala Harris wouldn’t be shoved down their throats and that someone would step up to present a real challenge to her. That doesn’t seem to be materializing.
Not only that, but high profile Democrats are working overtime to shut down any possibility of someone making it more difficult for Kamala Harris to be anointed at the Democrat convention in August. Including none other than establishment old guard Democrat leader Nancy Pelosi.
According to reports, Nancy Pelosi has been behind the curtains trying to make sure that Kamala Harris gets everyone to fall in line to back her for the 2024 election cycle.
Nancy Pelosi ‘Convinces’ Delegates To Throw Support Behind Kamala Harris for Democrat Nomination
Vice President Kamala Harris has garnered sufficient support from Democratic National Convention (DNC) delegates to become the presumptive presidential nominee for the Democratic Party, as she announced on X early Tuesday morning.
This milestone was reached when California’s DNC delegation voted on Monday to support Harris, influenced by Democratic California Representative Nancy Pelosi. This endorsement provided Harris with the necessary verbal commitments to clinch the party’s presidential nomination, according to a report from Politico. It’s a significant leap from her 2020 Democratic presidential primary campaign, where she secured only 844 votes and failed to gain any delegates, based on election data.
“When I announced my campaign for President, I said I intended to go out and earn this nomination,” Harris stated. “Tonight, I am proud to have secured the broad support needed to become our party’s nominee, and as a daughter of California, I am proud that my home state’s delegation helped put our campaign over the top.”

Over the next few months, I'll be traveling across the country talking to Americans about everything on the line. I fully intend to unite our party and our nation, and defeat Donald Trump. pic.twitter.com/Bsq3N6pMAi

As of Tuesday morning, at least 2,688 delegates have pledged their support to Harris, far exceeding the 1,976 required to secure the nomination, according to the Associated Press. However, these pledges are non-binding, as they are primarily verbal commitments.
The DNC is scheduled to take place between August 19 and August 22, but party leaders have committed to conducting a virtual roll call vote to select the presidential nominee by August 7, as reported by Reuters.
Harris had previously withdrawn from the 2020 Democratic presidential primary in December 2019, while polling at around 3%, according to Roll Call. She later became the party’s vice presidential nominee after former Vice President Joe Biden pledged to choose a woman as his running mate.
Following Biden’s announcement that he would not seek reelection, Harris’ campaign saw a surge in support, raising $81 million within 24 hours and gaining backing from major liberal donors. The Harris campaign has not responded to requests for comments on the delegation process leading up to the Democrat Convention.
Progressive Democrats Feeling Disenfranchised By The Party They’ve Gone To War For
In the wake of this news, some Democrats in the independent media realm have been voicing concerns that the way Kamala Harris is being anointed will be a huge problem for them when it comes time for Americans to cast ballots in November.
While rabbid Democrat supporters are over the moon that their biggest stumbling block of Joe Biden is out of the picture, the reality is that they have to convince the voters in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania that she is a proper replacement and that she wasn’t just unfairly shoved down their throats.
The reality is that Joe Biden voters in 2020 who are currently on the fence may not be thrilled by the way Kamala Harris has assumed the position she’s going to be in rather than earning it. Sadly, that’s been a common theme throughout Kamala Harris’ political career.
