Trump threatened with violence by unhinged Democrat in Congress

The Democrats continue to lose their marbles over Trump. It’s getting worse than ever.

Because now a Democrat in Congress has threatened Donald Trump with two shocking words.

Democratic Texas Rep. Jasmine Crockett recently stirred controversy with her remarks on ABC News, as she casually used threatening language while making clear that she does not believe President-elect Donald Trump deserves any “peace” during his upcoming term. Crockett’s comments suggest a double standard in how she holds Trump accountable compared to President Joe Biden, underscoring a sharp contrast in expectations between the two political figures.

During an appearance on ABC’s This Week, Crockett responded to panelist Reince Priebus, who had called for Democrats and the corporate media to allow Trump “a month of peace” to settle into his presidency and finalize his cabinet picks. Crockett’s response was blunt, even threatening. “I don’t know about giving him any peace, child,” she said. “But I will say, because you signed up to be the president of the United States, and we are definitely at a precipice in this country and people were hurting and they believe in him. So no, there should not be any peace over the next four years.”

The Texas representative further emphasized that Trump should be on the job every day, suggesting that he should not be “hanging out at Mar-a-Lago … playing golf.” Crockett insisted that the newly-elected president should be working relentlessly to “make sure that these prices come down, but also to make sure that we’re safe.”

This echoed her concern for the rising costs and global conflicts, particularly the ongoing wars that Trump had promised to end during his campaign. Though, of course, she clearly wasn’t too concerned about rising costs of goods during Joe Biden’s time in the sun.

“They voters believe in him,” Crockett continued. “He is the guy that said, ‘On day one, I will stop this war, I will stop that war.’ Now, I don’t know what magic wand he has hanging out in his back pocket that’s going to allow him to do that.” While questioning Trump’s ability to live up to these lofty promises, Crockett nonetheless acknowledged the voters’ decision, though her criticism of his competence in picking cabinet members remained clear. “As of right now, when we look at literally the level of competence when it comes to picking people that are competent for these positions, there are a lot of questions to be had about this,” she said.

Crockett’s Obvious Double Standard For Trump and Biden

While Crockett’s criticisms of Trump were pointed and harsh, they appeared to be inconsistent when compared to how Biden’s time in office has been scrutinized, particularly regarding his vacations. Throughout his presidency, Biden’s vacation habits have been a subject of Republican criticism, with the Republican National Committee Research pointing out that by the end of August 2023, Biden had spent 532 days on vacation, or 40.3% of his presidency. In September, a report revealed that Biden had averaged nearly 133 days off per year, far more than the average American worker could ever hope to accumulate in vacation time.

Despite the scrutiny Biden has faced for his time away from the White House, Crockett’s language toward Trump shows a stark difference in expectations. She is holding Trump to a much harsher standard, demanding that he “work every single day” without pause, suggesting that there should be no rest or reprieve for the newly elected president as he grapples with the challenges facing the country. In contrast, similar concerns over Biden’s own time off have been largely downplayed or ignored by the same political figures now critical of Trump’s approach.

Not only is she being inconsistent with her criticisms for Donald Trump and Joe Biden, but she also continues to use language that is threatening to Donald Trump, like saying that he deserves “no peace” during his administration and tenure in the Oval Office.

Donald Trump just survived an extremely close call in an attempt on his life in July of this year on the campaign trail, and you still have Democrats choosing to use dangerous language about Trump that continues to make him out to be someone to be attacked at all times. That’s what “no peace” gives off, even if she doesn’t intend for it to be taken that way.

Unfortunately, this is a more sane take after Donald Trump’s win from the Democrats. Many other Democrats, mainstream media talking heads, and Washington, D.C. elites have been taking the Trump resounding win much more personally than Crockett seems to be.

The Democrat Governor of Illinois, J.B. Pritzker, has been posturing as a “defender” of the radical Left after Donald Trump’s huge win on November fifth. He’s shot out warning threats at Donald Trump saying that if Trump “goes after” his constituents, Trump will have to “go through him.” He also says he will do everything he can to get in the way of Donald Trump’s deportation plans for illegal immigrants.

Of course, this is just laughable considering Donald Trump is entirely uninterested in “going after” constituents of Illinois. This is what Trump Derangement Syndrome will do to a man, though. They will just make stuff up that doesn’t remotely exist in any rational universe at all.

Simply put, the Democrats are still reeling from the loss. Many people are saying that this is the moment that Donald Trump has officially broken the Democrats and shifted the future of U.S. politics away from the establishment for decades to come.

All the evidence for this that you need is in the way MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough is taking the Trump win now that the dust has settled. Compare his new rhetoric to what his rhetoric was like months ago.
