The American system is at a breaking point. And we know exactly why.
Because Vice President Vance exposed how Democrats have rigged the Congressional election map.
Vance Shines Light on Unjust Congressional Apportionment
Vice President JD Vance delivered a powerful revelation on Fox Nation this week, exposing a flawed system where illegal immigrants are counted in the U.S. census for apportioning House seats, unfairly boosting blue states’ representation. His sharp insight emphasizes his dedication to fairness, aligning with President Trump’s efforts to correct systemic imbalances that disadvantage hardworking Americans.
In a candid discussion with Maria Bartiromo, Vance shared his surprise upon learning a few years ago that “for apportioning representatives, you actually count illegal aliens.” He clarified, “So, even though illegal aliens theoretically are not supposed to vote … you still count illegal aliens for congressional apportionment.”
Vance pointed out the skewed impact: “So California has way more House seats than it should because they have such a high population of illegal aliens.”
He criticized how states like California are “rewarded for welcoming illegal aliens, giving them federal benefits, actually asking the taxpayers of states like Ohio to subsidize them.” Meanwhile, “taxpayers in Ohio and Indiana and elsewhere, they have fewer congressional representatives, because of what California has allowed to happen.” Vance’s call for equity resonates with heartland voters tired of seeing their influence diminished.
Blue State Gerrymandering Faces Vance’s Scrutiny
Vance labeled the situation “ridiculously unfair” and proposed bold action: “the only real way to fight back against it is for us to redistrict in some ways as aggressively as these hard-blue states have done.” His comments align with President Trump’s recent directive to create a new census excluding illegal immigrants, a move that could reshape congressional representation.
Eric Daugherty of FloridaVoiceNews noted, “This could have absolutely enormous implications. Florida, Texas missed out on a Congressional seat in 2020. Blue states are over counted.”
Vance’s advocacy highlights how states like Ohio lose out while blue states exploit the system, reinforcing his role as a champion for fair representation.
Democratic hypocrisy came under fire as well. Texas state Rep. Brian Harrison told Fox News Digital that Democrats display “total hypocrisy and faux outrage.”
He asserted, “The dirty little secret is Democrats have no problem whatsoever with states redrawing their congressional maps to maximize partisan political advantage.” Harrison added that Democrat-led states have been “gerrymandering the h*ll out of their congressional maps” for a decade, leaving states like “Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, Rhode Island, Delaware” with “zero [GOP US representatives].”
Democrats’ Double Standards Exposed by Vance’s Leadership
The vice president’s remarks spotlighted Democratic gerrymandering tactics that suppress Republican voices. Fox News observed, “Several blue states, including Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Mexico, have no Republicans in their House delegations. And many feature oddly-drawn districts, seemingly crafted to limit GOP representation.”
Harrison emphasized, “If you’re a Republican in those Democrat states, you don’t have any voice in Congress,” citing states like Oregon, Maine, and Maryland as further examples.
Democratic strategist Julian Epstein admitted on Fox News Live that “the Democrats don’t have clean hands here.”
He acknowledged, “You look at states like Massachusetts, New Jersey […] Illinois, California, and Democrats have effectively gerrymandered Republicans out of existence.” Epstein dismissed Democratic posturing, stating, “No, I think they don’t have the moral authority, and there’s a lot of pearl-clutching going on.”
