There are major election security concerns Americans have. Their worst fears are coming true.
And Donald Trump will be utterly floored when he hears what the USPS is doing with mail-in ballots.
The narrative that the political establishment wants you to believe is that there’s nothing to worry about when it comes to election integrity and election security. They say that you must accept that mail-in voting is just as secure and safe as in-person voting where you present an ID to an election official on the day of election day.
The reality is that with mail-in voting, election officials are not present when the ballot is physically filled out from the comfort of a home and in private. What this means is that it is logically impossible to be as secure as in-person voting where you present an ID and get escorted to your ballot.
That doesn’t stop the establishment from trying to peddle the narrative that starting elections two months early with mail-in ballots is a grand idea that has no pitfalls whatsoever. There are still legal battles being waged over who will actually appear on the ballot, like in Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s case, and we’re told that it’s reasonable to start the mail-in voting.
Well not only that, but now there are reports that election-related mail is running into issues with being delivered due to USPS incompetence. Election officials are sounding the alarm over this as mail-in voting is set to begin this month in some regions.
State and local election officials have raised concerns about the U.S. Postal Service’s ability to handle millions of ballots for the 2024 presidential election. In a letter to Postmaster Louis DeJoy, the National Association of State Election Directors and other officials highlighted issues such as processing delays, lost or delayed election mail, and insufficient training that could impact timely ballot delivery.
The letter stated that over the past year, including during recent primaries, mailed ballots postmarked by the required date arrived at local election offices several days past the counting deadline. Officials also reported instances of correctly addressed election mail being returned as undeliverable.

Despite ongoing discussions with USPS election personnel, the officials reported no noticeable improvements or proactive measures to address their concerns. “We have not seen improvement or concerted efforts to remediate our concerns,” the letter said.
In response, USPS has asserted its commitment to the “timely and secure delivery of the nation’s Election Mail.” The service reported improvements, stating that it currently delivers mail on average within 2.7 days. USPS advised voters to send ballots at least one week before the election deadline to ensure timely delivery.
USPS has implemented “extraordinary measures” two weeks before Election Day to expedite ballot delivery, including additional pickups and special sorting plans. The service cited its successful delivery of 99.89% of ballots from voters to election officials within seven days during the 2020 general election.
A July report from the USPS Inspector General identified certain operational risks that could affect ballot counting and recommended measures to enhance readiness for processing and delivery of ballots.
Millions Still Skeptical About Election Integrity
There are still millions of Americans who are skeptical about the integrity of the elections in the United States, particularly the ones at the top of the ballot that have massive implications, like Presidential races and Senate races.
One of the biggest concerns stems from the fact that recounts do not produce the same result every time. An election that can be recounted over and over and produce the same result is an indicator that the election was held fairly and we know what the accurate outcome was.
The recounts unfortunately don’t produce the same results. Meaning, Americans can’t say they have trust that the elections are even scientific at all. Just accepting that the recounts will produce different results would be like a physicist telling his or her colleagues that they can trust his experiment’s conclusions even if they can’t reproduce them.
That’s literally the definition of unscientific and is the root source of distrust of our election systems for millions of Americans. If you found a way to produce the same exact, transparent results after several recounts, Americans would undoubtedly have more faith in the elections.
The reason that scares so many within the political establishment is that it means voting would need to be standardized and streamlined way better than it is right now.
