Kamala Harris’s huge campaign failure leaves CNN speechless

CNN is a top cheerleader for Kamala Harris. But they can’t believe what she’s done.

As this huge Harris campaign failure has left CNN utterly speechless.

The Democrats’ grip on historically reliably blue voters is loosening. We’re seeing a number of key demographics slip out of their hands and start to shift over to the Trump campaign and in support of various Republicans running in local elections. This includes blue-collar union workers, racial minorities, and suburban women.

In particular, young black men are simply not giving Kamala Harris much support at all. They’re supporting Donald Trump at a level unlike any Republican president has seen in the history of modern American politics. It’s unprecedented and causing panic to set in for Kamala Harris and her Democrat allies, even those in the mainstream media.

CNN senior data reporter Harry Enten expressed surprise on Monday at how many “young black men” are leaving the Democratic Party. He couldn’t help but let out an audible “woah” when evaluating just how bad things look for Kamala Harris and her campaign.

During a speech at a campaign office near Pittsburgh, former President Barack Obama encouraged black men to support Vice President Kamala Harris, suggesting that their hesitance may stem from an aversion to the idea of having a woman in the presidency. On CNN News Central, Enten suggested that Obama might be missing the bigger picture, as “young black men” have been shifting away from the Democratic Party over several election cycles against former President Donald Trump.

“I look at the polls all the time and sometimes there’s a trend line, now, I never noticed before and make me go, ‘Woah.’ This is one of them. Alright, this is the Democratic margin among black men under the age of 45 in presidential elections. You go back to November of 2012, what do you see? You see Obama by 81, [former Secretary of State] Hillary Clinton only won ’em by 63,” Enten noted. “Then we’re all the way down to [President Joe] Biden last time around by 53. A tremendous drop already. And then you take a look at the average of the most recent polls and Kamala Harris is up by only 41 points.”

“That is about half the margin that Obama won them by back in November of 2012. And this I think is, you know, when Barack Obama goes and last week when he was in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to essentially talking to young black men, he made it seem like it was a Kamala Harris-specific problem,” he continued. “Uh-uh. This is part of a longstanding trend of young black men moving away from the Democratic Party. And Kamala Harris is just the latest to face that magnitude of younger black men shifting towards Republicans.”

According to a Saturday New York Times/Siena College poll, black voters have been distancing themselves from Democrats from 2016 to 2024. In the 2016 election, only 7% of black voters supported Republicans, a figure that has risen to 15%.

While Trump is making gains with “working class voters,” including nonwhite Americans without college degrees and union members, Enten previously pointed out that Harris could mitigate his advances thanks to her “ridiculously” strong backing among college graduates, particularly “white college grads.”

Democrats Are Reading The Writing On The Wall

Recently, Kamala Harris sent Barack Obama out on the campaign trail to help boost her odds in key swing states like Pennsylvania. Apparently even Barack Obama is seriously concerned about her losing because he’s been having the “tough talk” with young black men telling them they are obligated to support Kamala Harris.

The reality is that Democrats have overplayed their hand with young black men. Young black men have long been forgotten by the Democrat Party, leaving many voters to consider Donald Trump if they feel as though they no longer have a home in the Democrat Party.

The Democrat Party has become so fixated on the feminist issues and even “transgender” issues that they’ve forgotten about the key minority groups who have helped them become a major political party in the first place. So of course these young black men are going to consider voting for Trump, who is actually giving a voice to their concerns.

The gender gap is really what’s at play here. The Democrats have effectively put all their eggs in the basket of winning over female voters, making the abortion issue their top issue no matter what. This has caused young males to become super interested in the Trump movement just on the basis that there’s seemingly nowhere else for them to go.
