Michelle Obama just entered the presidential race in a big way

The Obamas have been working behind the scenes. Now they’re making their move.

And Michelle Obama just entered the presidential race in a big way.

Ever since 2016, Barack and Michelle have been eyeing the White House.

If they can’t get in there, they want someone they can control. They thought they had it with Biden, but eventually pulled the plug.

Now they’re going all in for Kamala.

Michelle Obama has finally stepped into the political ring, joining Kamala Harris for a rally in Michigan — a critical swing state that could decide whether Harris manages to fend off former President Donald Trump.

But is this a boost for Harris, or just another sign of her inability to rally support on her own?

This appearance, set for Saturday, will mark Mrs. Obama’s first public endorsement of Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.

With Harris struggling in the polls and facing criticism for her performance as Vice President, it seems the Democrats had to call in their big gun to try to save Harris’s campaign.

Notably, Mrs. Obama’s popularity far outstrips Harris’s.

Many Democrats have even wished Michelle herself had been the one to run for president.

The Ipsos poll from July, when Biden’s campaign was floundering, showed that Mrs. Obama was the favored alternative, beating Trump in a hypothetical matchup by a solid margin.

Compare that to Harris, who was actually trailing Trump in the same poll, and it’s clear the vice president has been struggling to win over the electorate.

While Harris has consolidated party support after Biden’s exit, her standing with voters is anything but solid.

She remains locked in a statistical tie with Trump heading into Election Day, showing how little progress she’s made, despite being in the spotlight for years.

Michelle Obama, meanwhile, hasn’t shown any interest in running for political office, despite desperate pleas from Democrats who know she’s far more popular than Harris.

The former first lady even once joked on TV about wanting to live a normal life, doing everyday things like shopping at Target — an image that makes Harris’s endless missteps and gaffes stand in even starker contrast.

As the race tightens in key states like Michigan, which awards 15 electoral votes, the Democrats are banking on Mrs. Obama’s star power to sway voters.

But the question remains: if Kamala Harris were such a strong candidate, would they need to bring in Michelle Obama at all?
