One endorsement has completely backfired on Kamala Harris

Usually, the more support you get, the better your odds at the polls. But that’s not how it’s working for the Democrats.

And now an endorsement has completely backfired on Kamala Harris.

Social media is lighting up with warnings after a major IRS-affiliated union threw its weight behind Vice President Kamala Harris — an endorsement that many see as a glaring red flag for America’s future. The National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU), representing a wide range of federal agents, including IRS staff, released a statement praising Harris for boosting the IRS budget and officially endorsing her presidential campaign.

But for many X users, this union’s endorsement is just more evidence that Kamala Harris should be kept far away from the White House.

“The IRS Agents Union just endorsed Kamala Harris. That should tell you all what her plans are for us. Get ready to be taxed to death. VOTE TRUMP!” conservative commentator Joey Mannarino posted on X, summing up what many conservatives fear — a future of endless tax hikes and increased government overreach.

The NTEU’s endorsement came with predictable praise.

In a press release, the union lauded Harris and the Biden administration for “delivering agency budgets that provide federal employees with additional staffing and resources, including significant new investments to rebuild the IRS under the Inflation Reduction Act.”

NTEU National President Doreen Greenwald even declared, “When it comes to treating federal employees with respect, valuing their service, and investing in their work, Kamala Harris is the clear choice.”

Of course, Harris’ IRS expansion plans are no secret.

Under the Biden-Harris administration, the IRS budget was boosted by a staggering $80 billion over ten years, a move that will allow the agency to hire 87,000 more agents.

So, if you think your taxes are high now, just wait until Harris gets her hands on your paycheck.

Fox News contributor Jason Chaffetz sounded the alarm in a recent op-ed, pointing out that the Biden-Harris administration’s 2025 budget proposal asks for another $104 billion for the IRS, which is eight times the agency’s annual budget.

“What is going on here?” Chaffetz rightly asked.

Social media didn’t hold back. Conservative digital strategist Greg Price fired off a warning:

“If the IRS, the FBI, Wall Street, Iran, Putin, the military industrial complex, the New York Times, 100 former McCain interns, and Dick Cheney all want one candidate to win, then, for the love of God, vote for the other one.”

Even podcaster Comfortably Smug couldn’t believe the Harris campaign proudly flaunted the endorsement, writing, “The fact that the IRS is unionized is horrific, let alone that Kamala Harris thinks their endorsement is a good thing.”

It didn’t stop there. Prominent libertarian X account, “Being Libertarian,” bluntly stated, “All the worst people in the world are endorsing Kamala. Weird.”

Another user, “The Redheaded Libertarian,” sarcastically asked, “Was Satan not available?” The backlash was fierce, with The Hodge Twins chiming in, “IRS agents endorsed Kamala,” alongside a barrage of red flag emojis.

With Kamala Harris proudly accepting an endorsement from an agency synonymous with squeezing taxpayers dry, it’s no wonder people are concerned. This is just another sign that Harris would bring more big government, more taxes, and more of the radical agenda America can’t afford. Predictably, the Harris campaign has yet to respond to these growing concerns.
