Tim Walz went on MSNBC and made a stunning confession about the 2024 election

Walz and Harris are busy sulking. Their loss has been historic.

And now Tim Walz went on MSNBC and made a stunning confession about the 2024 election.

Democrats are still spiraling after their crushing loss last November, and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz isn’t handling it well. In a new interview on MSNBC, the former Democratic vice presidential nominee admitted that life has been “pure hell” since President Donald Trump reclaimed the White House.

Speaking with Left-wing host Rachel Maddow, Walz was asked what advice he’d give to those struggling to cope with Trump’s successful agenda. His answer? More whining.

“You know that overused term, ‘The frog in the boiling water?’ We’ve been in the damn pot way too long,” Walz complained.

He urged Democrats to “speak up,” though he made it clear he has little faith in his own party.

“It’s thinking about your neighbors. It’s writing and putting those members of Congress – look, there is no spine amongst those folks – but this is real.”

Walz then tried to console Democratic voters still reeling from Trump’s victory.

“To the voters, I’m with this too. Everybody’s fatigued. Trust me, I get it,” Walz said. “It was pure hell, and the disappointment and the frustration, and I’m, you know, soul-searching – what could we have done to make the case? Because we knew this was coming. We knew the implication. And they’re throwing so much at us that we’re fatigued.”

It’s not hard to see why Walz is exhausted — his party spent three days obsessing over whether Elon Musk, a billionaire ally of Trump and co-founder of the Department of Government Efficiency, gave a so-called “Nazi salute” at a Trump inauguration rally. Walz, of course, played along with the hysteria.

“Of course he did, but that is a distraction from what, I think you said it, this is ‘game on’ stuff right here,” he said, trying to pivot back to his broader grievances.

Walz then lamented the plight of federal workers, particularly those advancing Leftist priorities like environmental activism and criminal justice reform.

“And I am worried with these federal employees because look, they’re in a tough spot, that some of these folks, especially those that are doing good work around environmental concerns, around justice for people, around, you know, criminal justice reform, all of the things that make our society better.”

It’s clear Walz still doesn’t get it. Americans overwhelmingly rejected the radical policies he and his party championed, but instead of self-reflection, he urged Democrats to “stay focused” and “push back” against Trump’s policies — policies that are actually working.

“So I would tell people stay focused. Don’t take the bait on the distractions. Surround yourself with people who understand this, and recognize the things they went after today are basically a big chunk of what society does, and people like to have clean water, and hospitals, and safety, and roads, and airports, all the things that they are going after… We have to find that voice. We have to push back. We have to be organized,” he ranted, referring to the pausing of federal grants.

Walz also encouraged Democrats to take their fight to the courts but admitted it might be pointless, acknowledging that Trump is winning.

“I think it’s taking it to the individual people. Show what each of these programs does and what it means for people’s lives,” Walz said.

Maddow, naturally, agreed without question.

“Yeah.”

Then came the usual Democratic fear-mongering. Walz and Maddow painted a doomsday scenario, claiming Trump voters had unknowingly supported slashing vital services.

“No matter what people motivated anybody’s vote, if you didn’t think you were voting to cut firefighting, if you didn’t think you were voting to cut meat inspections, if you didn’t think you were voting to cut air traffic control, well it’s all becoming very, very clear right now,” Walz warned.

As expected, Maddow botched the facts, falsely claiming this was Walz’s “first interview since the presidential election.” In reality, he had already spoken to Minnesota media outlets in December — just another example of the Left’s favorite pastime: rewriting history.
