More and more rumors are coming out saying the Democrats will be moving on from Biden after his one term. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire.
Because a Clinton advisor just leaked the Democrats’ plan to replace Biden in 2024.
There are so many reasons why the Democrats are trying to push Biden out of the White House after he’s served his first term.
His Presidency has been an outright disaster with record inflation, worsening supply chain issues, and an incredibly insecure southern border crisis.
Combine that with Biden’s advancing age, and the writing is on the wall.
If Biden runs for the Democrats in 2024, he will almost certainly lose.
The only way Biden wins a 2024 bid is if the Republicans run a moldy piece of bread. Even then Biden still might lose.
But more seriously, the question has been who would replace Biden for the Democrat nomination.
The speculation has been focused on the likes of Gavin Newsom, Kamala Harris, and even Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
That’s where Hillary Clinton comes in.
According to Clinton family advisor, Dick Morris, Hillary Clinton is very likely to be the one to swoop in to take the Democrat nomination for President after they “dump” Biden.
Dick Morris took to a radio show to share his prediction saying the Democrats are “planning to dump Biden” and that when the Democrats find out that the radicals like Newsom won’t be able to win, they’ll turn to Hillary in desperation.
The New York Post reports:
“That’s going to drive the Democratic Party leaders to go to Hillary and say, ‘Hey look. Please run again. We need you to save us from the crazy left,” he continued. “Otherwise we’ll have Sanders as our candidate. We’ll lose Congress by a ton. And we’ll get wiped out in the presidential race.’”
He added that Clinton was “waiting for the wipeout” of Democrats in the November midterm elections “to justify her candidacy and say, ‘Only I can save you from this happening again.’”
The New York Post also notes that Clinton has seemingly been trying to appeal to the political center by criticizing Biden for his harsh comments about Republicans supposedly being “semi-fascist.”
She’s also been saying for years now that Americans don’t want open borders.
So while it seems crazy to say, Hillary might be able to appeal to the general American public significantly better than Gavin Newsom or Kamala Harris.
The question is if the Democrat Party would be willing to let go of its extreme radicalism to back a Clinton candidacy.
Honestly, the answer is probably no.
Dick Morris is a longtime member of the political establishment and is thinking about how to get the Democrat Party to return to the establishment “golden-era” of 1990-2008.
But it’s hard to imagine the Democrats’ radical base being willing to put aside their so-called “progressive” policies to get behind a moderate Democrat Party.
Either way, the Democrats are in huge trouble for the next few years, especially if Ron DeSantis announces a presidential candidacy.
