Many people believe Vice President Kamala Harris is the most moronic member of the Biden admin. But she’s got major competition.
Because this Biden admin official just made the most moronic statement you will ever hear.
The Biden administration is maybe not the brightest bunch to ever be assembled, now are they?
Kamala Harris is regularly being caught on camera saying some of the most mind-numbing comments you will hear from a Vice President, maybe ever.
She was put on blast recently when she tried to explain what AI is and said:
AI is kind of a fancy thing. First of all, it’s two letters. It means ‘Artificial Intelligence.
Yeah, that’s our Vice President, sadly. But, to be fair, she is right. AI does stand for Artificial Intelligence. Likely more intelligence than she will ever have.
But that shouldn’t overshadow what another Biden official said that is even more moronic and truly mindless.
The Treasury Secretary, Janet Yellen, recently said this weekend that the best way to support the American and global economy is to fund the Russia-Ukraine war.
No, really. She actually said that.
Sharing with reporters in Gandhinagar, India, Yellen said that putting an end to the war in Ukraine is not only a “moral imperative,” but that “it’s also the single best thing we can do for the global economy.”
According to reports, Yellen said:
During the trip, I also saw the massive difference that foreign assistance is making to the lives of Ukrainian civilians and the Ukrainian military’s front lines. As I’ve said, ending this war is first and foremost a moral imperative. But it’s also the single, best thing we can do for the global economy,” she said.
That doesn’t really seem to make any sense whatsoever. What does the war in Ukraine have to do with America doing what it can to improve its own economic situation with sensible improvements?
America could easily cut some regulatory red tape and unleash American energy independence, creating an economic boom that we haven’t seen in decades.
Obviously, Washington, D.C. bureaucrats don’t want to do that. But there’s ultimately no reason that the world’s economy, as it continues to be led by America, needs to be held hostage by the war in Ukraine just because Russia is involved.
So, this idea that it’s the “single best thing” America could do for the global economy is just a load of bologna.
The best thing that could be done is to cut the red tape that is locking American energy independence away.
There’s no excuse for not employing every energy resource at our disposal like nuclear energy. Of course, the Democrats don’t want to employ nuclear energy because then their power grab in the form of “renewable resources” talking points is completely gone.
Also of concern was Yellen’s comments about how the Biden administration will do whatever it takes to help Ukraine. She said they will stand with Ukraine “as long as it takes.”
“Let me be clear, our coalition’s support for Ukraine is unequivocal. The United States will stand with Ukraine for as long as it takes. And I know the allies and partners in our coalition will do so as well. Budgetary support is critical to Ukraine’s resistance.
If you’re hoping for an end to the billions in taxpayer dollars being spent on the Russia-Ukraine war, your best bet may be voting for a new President in 2024 at this point.
