The Biden administration has been one of the most radical White House admins ever. They’ll do anything to get their way.
But the Biden regime just got ripped to shreds over this new insane law they passed.
There’s a reason that Thomas Jefferson was extremely skeptical of an executive branch of the U.S. government having too much power.
He argued that the executive branch would become the de facto “leading” branch with the U.S. President becoming a sort of “king” that the Founding Fathers were trying to avoid.
Sadly, under the Joe Biden presidency, we can honestly say that we’ve fallen into that trap.
The Biden White House administration has completely abandoned all sense of checks and balances and has used their executive authority to beat the rest of the nation into submission.
Just consider how Joe Biden and his White House Democrats are using the DOJ and the FBI to bypass due process and the courts to raid people like Donald Trump or the dozens of pro-lifers who have seen their homes raided.
Joe Biden also tried to use his executive authority to force all federal employees to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
But that was just the beginning. The Biden admin is continuing to ramp up their authoritarian moves.
Back in 2021, Joe Biden heated up his war against the Second Amendment with a new attack on what’s known at “pistol braces,” which is a commonly-used attachment that gun owners put on their small arm firearms.
Tens of millions of Americans use these braces for their own weapons because, frankly, it’s a great attachment.
However, the ATF under the Biden administration’s “guidance” has published a new regulatory rule that requires Americans to register their weapons that have these braces with the ATF under the National Firearms Act and obtain a federal license to legally own the weapon.
Americans have to go through a ridiculous amount of regulatory red tape and pay out a stamp tax in order to obtain a license.
What’s particularly worrisome is that the ATF is not including any sort of grandfather clause into the rule.
Meaning, the millions of Americans who own these braces and have them attached on their firearms became felony criminals overnight when the rule took effect on January 31st of this year.
If Americans do not obey this rule, they will be slapped with up to 10 years in jail time and up to $10,000 in fines per violation.
So now millions of Americans are left wondering whether they should kowtow to the government goons over at the ATF and bow down to the new king Biden by registering their firearms with braces with the ATF, or risk jail time if an ATF agent one day knocks on their door.
If this isn’t executive overreach, we don’t know what is.
Republicans in Congress, however, are trying to overturn this rule so it doesn’t have time to be enforced.
During a recent hearing, Republican leaders like Byron Donalds and Jim Jordan ripped the Biden ATF representatives a new one with facts that expose how ridiculous this rule is.
Byron Donalds (R-FL) asked the ATF reps if they thought it was “okay for the ATF to act outside of congressional legislative authority” and make tens of millions of Americans felons overnight.

House Representative Andrew Clyde (R-GA) called for Congress to block the ATF’s outrageous rule at once.
“Congress must swiftly move to block the ATF’s unconstitutional pistol brace rule, as this misguided measure turns millions of law-abiding gun owners, including many disabled veterans, into criminals for merely possessing legal firearms with stabilizing braces,” Rep. Andrew Clyde (R-GA) told Fox News.
Joe Biden and the Democrats say that these regulatory rule changes are about “protecting citizens” and cutting down on gun violence, but that is a lie from the pits.
These rule changes will have no tangible impact on overall gun violence in America whatsoever. These burdensome regulations are ultimately about controlling the American people.
If Joe Biden and his Democrat lackeys actually cared about cutting down on gun violence, they’d be cleaning up the streets of Democrat-controlled cities like Chicago where the vast majority of gun violence takes place.
And it’s not like their gun laws have even worked in Chicago, which has some of the most strict gun laws anywhere in the entire nation.
“Shall not be infringed,” you fed boys.
