Michigan state Senator Mallory McMorrow (D) is stirring up trouble with her latest outburst. Running for U.S. Senate in 2026, McMorrow dropped a bombshell in a social media video, admitting she “would not be able to control” herself around conservative Supreme Court Justices Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh.
This kind of unhinged talk from a supposed leader is exactly why conservatives are rallying to protect the judiciary from leftist rage.
The video, which surfaced on X courtesy of Townhall, captures McMorrow responding to a question about the Supreme Court’s conservative tilt. As a fellow Notre Dame alum, she’s seething that Justice Coney Barrett shares that alma mater. McMorrow’s fury boils over into outright hostility, painting a picture of Democrats who can’t handle losing at the ballot box or in the courts.
“I talked to somebody yesterday who said they saw her with Brett Kavanaugh at a tailgate last weekend. I was like, ‘I would not be able to control myself,’” McMorrow stated.
“That would be a bad— there would be beers thrown in people’s faces.”

When The Daily Wire tried to get answers from McMorrow’s Senate office and her campaign crew, they got crickets. No response, no apology, just silence.
This isn’t an isolated incident; it’s part of a pattern of Democrats targeting conservative justices with venom. Back in 2020, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) went on a tirade against Justices Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch, vowing they’d “pay the price” for daring to consider overturning Roe v. Wade. Schumer’s words were a direct shot across the bow at the men and women upholding the Constitution.
“You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions,” Schumer stated at that time.
Even his fellow legislators slapped him on the wrist, and Chief Justice John Roberts stepped in with a stern warning. Roberts pointed out that while justices expect pushback, threats from top government officials cross a dangerous line.
Roberts wrote, “Justices know that criticism comes with the territory, but threatening statements of this sort from the highest levels of government are not only inappropriate, they are dangerous.”
Fast forward to 2022, right after the Supreme Court finally ditched Roe v. Wade and handed power back to the states. A trans-identifying man showed up at Justice Kavanaugh’s home, armed and ready to assassinate him.
McMorrow’s comments fit right into this toxic playbook, where disagreement turns into dreams of violence. She’s not just venting; she’s normalizing attacks on those who stand for traditional values and limited government.
Conservatives have had enough of this double standard, where the left screams about “democracy” while plotting against its guardians.
This whole saga exposes the hypocrisy at the core of the Democrat machine.
They cry foul over January 6 while their own ranks harbor folks dreaming of beer-throwing brawls against justices.
As Michigan gears up for 2026, McMorrow’s meltdown should be a wake-up call.
