Carville Raises Speculation About Trump’s Health on The Bulwark Podcast
During a recent episode of The Bulwark Podcast, Democratic strategist James Carville discussed the health of former President Donald Trump, presenting an unverified theory that has ignited speculation about what the former president may be concealing. Host Tim Miller prompted Carville to share his thoughts on whether Trump is hiding a diagnosis from the public, leading to Carville’s controversial suggestion that Trump could be concealing a s*xually transmitted disease (STD).
Carville referred to a 2017 incident in which Trump’s personal bodyguard, Keith Schiller, along with another individual, allegedly broke into the office of Trump’s internist to retrieve the former president’s health records. “First of all, in January of 2017, Keith Schiller and some other goon broke into his internist office and stole his health records, remember the interns Dr. Bornstein who unfortunately is now deceased,” Carville stated. “What was in there? What was in those health records? I mean, they’re not gonna make a public unless unless you say you want to make them public. Why did they do that?”
The incident involved Dr. Harold Bornstein, who later expressed feelings of violation following the forcible retrieval of the records. According to a report by NBC News in May 2018, Bornstein stated he felt “r*ped, frightened, and sad” after Schiller and another man seized the medical records from his office, especially after Bornstein had revealed that he prescribed hair growth medication to Trump for several years.
Carville speculated that this unusual behavior might indicate Trump is hiding significant health information from the public, referencing Trump’s own comments regarding his health challenges during the Vietnam War era. “I strongly suspect, just a suspicion and he had those red splotches on his head. Okay, he said his mission during the Vietnam War was to not get the clap or STD or whatever the f**k they call it. I don’t think he succeeded at that, that’s my personal view. I think he even failed at that mission,” Carville continued.
Miller, while acknowledging Carville’s strong suspicions, stressed the importance of not spreading disinformation. “I think your syphilis theory is interesting. I don’t know, I don’t want to spread disinformation,” he cautioned. However, Carville maintained that the circumstances surrounding the removal of the records deserve further examination. “That’s a suspicion of mine and it stokes up what I say about the health record is true [sic]. Maybe it’s something else,” he added.
This isn’t the first time Trump has faced scrutiny over his health disclosures. In 2015, during his presidential campaign, Trump opted not to reveal his medical records, instead providing a brief letter from his doctor asserting that he would be “the healthiest individual ever elected president,” as reported by The New York Times.
However, at this time, there is no evidence to suggest that Donald Trump has an STD or any serious health concern. The DC Daily Journal staff was unable to find any other source to corroborate the claims from Mr. James Carville.
Democrats Reportedly Panicking About Kamala Harris’s Chances
This theory from James Carville comes as Democrats are looking for anything to help out their candidate, Kamala Harris, get over the finish line this November. The past week has not been kind to her whatsoever.
At the time of writing, Donald Trump has opened up a significant 10% lead over Kamala Harris according to the bettors putting their money on the line to predict who will win the term in the Oval Office when the dust has settled. Polling is reportedly particularly concerning for Democrats in key swing states like Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
Not only that, but she’s just made key mistakes that might be turning Americans off of her campaign. She is complaining about the politicization of the Florida hurricanes and the tragedies in North Carolina, and Tennessee. At the same time, though, she’s picking fights with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis as her boss Joe Biden has been cooperating quite well with the Florida Governor.
She’s also been trying to address the concerns many have for her campaign, particularly that she has not been making very many appearances in the media. There’s a reason she hasn’t been, though. That is, she is horrible when she has to elaborate or is asked about anything of substance.
Her 60 Minutes interview was so bad, they had to edit it to make it look better for her. She made an appearance on Stephen Colbert that came across as completely unnatural despite her claims she’s a “middle class American.” She’s also been trying to make alternative media appearances that have just been strange and have not gone well for her.
