Trump is tired of playing games. And time is finally up for the Left.
Because Donald Trump issued an arrest order that left Democrats running for the hills.
Trump’s Decisive Call for Justice After Minnesota Church Storming
In a powerful early-morning message on Truth Social, President Trump condemned the anti-ICE protesters who disrupted a Sunday service at Cities Church in St. Paul, labeling them as “professional insurrectionists” and urging swift action against them, alongside Democratic figures like Gov. Tim Walz and Rep. Ilhan Omar.
Trump’s firm stance highlights his commitment to law and order amid escalating tensions in Minnesota, where demonstrators harassed worshippers and targeted Pastor David Eastwood—believed to be the same David Easterwood serving as ICE’s acting field office director.
The incident, captured on video shared by DHS, involved chants echoing those from protests following the January 7 shooting of Renee Nicole Good, drawing federal scrutiny for potential civil rights violations.
“Just watched footage of the Church Raid in Minnesota by the agitators and insurrectionists. These people are professionals!” Trump raged in an early-morning Truth Social post Tuesday.
“No person acts the way they act. They are highly trained to scream, rant, and rave, like lunatics, in a certain manner, just like they are doing. They are troublemakers who should be thrown in jail, or thrown out of the Country,” he continued. Trump added that Walz and Omar should be “first to go.” “Investigate these Corrupt Politicians, and do it now!” he added.
Federal Probes Ramp Up Amid Accusations of Local Negligence
The Department of Justice, under Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon, is actively investigating dozens of the protesters for desecrating a house of worship and interfering with Christian services—actions protected by federal laws.
Dhillon emphasized the sanctity of religious spaces in a social media post, reinforcing Trump’s push for accountability.
Meanwhile, DHS has pointed fingers at Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey for inflaming the crowds and failing to curb the chaos, as mobs hunt federal agents from hotels to churches. This backdrop of unrest underscores Trump’s proactive leadership in defending those enforcing immigration laws against what he sees as orchestrated disruptions.
“A house of worship is not a public forum for your protest! It is a space protected from exactly such acts by federal criminal and civil laws!” she said on social media.
“They’re going from hotel to hotel, church to church, hunting for federal law enforcement who are risking their lives to protect Americans,” DHS posted on X.
Broader Tensions Fuel Trump’s Demand for Swift Action
The church storming, attended by figures like former CNN anchor Don Lemon, follows weeks of protests in the Twin Cities sparked by Good’s death during an ICE encounter. With Walz opting out of re-election and Omar representing a key district, Trump’s call to probe and penalize “corrupt politicians” resonates as a bold move to restore stability.
As federal agents face heightened risks while upholding the law, the president’s unyielding support for them stands out against the backdrop of local Democratic inaction, potentially galvanizing efforts to address the root causes of the turmoil.
