According to advance excerpts from his Tuesday speech, Trump will make this pledge loud and clear.
Trump’s upcoming speech will take place at the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office in Howell, Michigan — his sixth visit to the state this year and his first since the disturbing assassination attempt on his life.
The setting underscores Trump’s commitment to law and order and the safety of American families.
“To protect our children from s*xual mutilation, we will make it a felony for any medical professional to perform surgery on a minor without parental consent,” Trump is expected to declare, sending a strong message against the Left’s reckless push for radical gender ideology.
This promise from Trump comes at a time when Leftist agendas, both domestically and abroad, are undermining parental rights.
These radicals are pushing for irreversible transgender procedures on children, often without the consent or even knowledge of their parents.

Lawmakers there have pushed aggressively to enable child gender-transition attempts without parental consent.
Some even support policies that strip children from families who don’t conform to the state’s gender ideology.
Back in September 2023, the California State Assembly passed a bill, as reported by The Daily Signal’s Tony Kinnett, which would have forced judges in child custody battles to consider whether a parent has affirmed a child’s “gender transition” as part of the child’s “health, safety, and welfare.”
It’s an outrageous overreach that could result in parents losing custody simply for protecting their children from harmful ideology. Although Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom eventually vetoed the bill, it was widely seen as a calculated political maneuver rather than a genuine stand for parental rights.
Conservative outlets have been sounding the alarm for years on this issue, exposing countless cases where parental consent is blatantly ignored in the name of gender ideology.
In one disturbing incident in Colorado, reported by The Daily Signal, a school district assigned an 11-year-old girl to share a bed with a boy who identified as a girl, all without her parents’ knowledge.
And in California, The Daily Signal’s Elizabeth Troutman revealed that a Southern California school district was training counselors to help students hide their transgender identity from their parents — an appalling breach of trust and parental authority.
On Tuesday, Trump will also promise to crack down hard on dangerous criminals who violate gun laws and pledge to dismantle the vicious gangs, savage criminal networks, and ruthless cartels plaguing our streets.
In a no-nonsense approach to justice, he will vow to seek the death penalty for child r*pists and traffickers.
Trump will not shy away from calling out the radical Left, specifically taking aim at Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris, whom he will label as “one of the first Marxist prosecutors in America.”
