Now Donald Trump’s returned to Mar-a-Lago and what he found will leave you with chills down your spine.
When Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence was raided by the FBI, it set off a firestorm no one saw coming.
The Fake News Media and the Washington, D.C. Swamp are all but ready to throw Trump in prison and throw away the key without due process.
But Trump is having none of that.
He’s defending himself and his constitutional rights.
And recently, he headed back to the raid scene at his residence in Mar-a-Lago and found what the FBI did to his home.
He took to his Truth Social to share about the damage they did.
Trump says that the home was left in a far different condition than the way he left it.
And that’s believable.
During this whole fiasco, Trump has not been treated like a U.S. Citizen with constitutional rights like due process.
And his Fourth Amendment rights were most certainly violated on that day of the raid.
Some of the FBI agents could have been Never-Trumpers that wanted to get Trump back and took the raid on his home as an opportunity to do just that.
As Trump points out, to the FBI, there is no Fourth Amendment anymore.
Donald Trump isn’t the only individual to have their Fourth Amendment rights blatantly violated.
The Supreme Court recently ruled in favor of an individual whose firearms were confiscated in his home by law enforcement without a warrant.
The High Court ruled that the law enforcement involved in the case had violated the man’s constitutional rights.
Trump’s case could very well end up in the Supreme Court given how polarizing it is.
If it does, Trump’s investment in conservative, constitutional Judges on the bench could serve him well.
All of Trump’s Supreme Court picks have signaled a deep concern over government overreach on topics like warrantless search and seizures.
And on the face of it, the raid on Mar-a-Lago certainly seems unconstitutional.
