Governor Josh Shapiro completely outed Kamala Harris for one disgusting act

Kamala has been trying to rejuvenate her image. It’s all been in vain.

Because Governor Josh Shapiro completely outed Kamala Harris for one disgusting act.

Harris Campaign’s Controversial Vetting Raises Antisemitism Concerns

In a revealing excerpt from his upcoming memoir Where We Keep the Light, Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro exposes what he sees as deeply troubling inquiries from Kamala Harris’ 2024 vice presidential vetting team.

The Jewish Democrat recounts how former Biden White House counsel Dana Remus grilled him on whether he had ever acted as a “double agent for Israel” or “communicated with an undercover agent of Israel.”

Shapiro pushed back, quipping, “If they were undercover, I responded, how the h*ll would I know?” When he questioned the line of inquiry, Remus reportedly replied, “Well, we have to ask.” This episode has fueled criticism that Harris’ inner circle may have harbored outdated stereotypes, casting a shadow over her leadership and judgment in selecting a running mate.

Shapiro interprets these questions as echoing harmful antisemitic notions that Jewish leaders prioritize Israel over America.

While he avoids directly blaming Remus, noting she was “just doing her job,” he pointedly observes that the probing “said a lot about some of the people around the VP.”

He wonders if such scrutiny was reserved for him as “the only Jewish guy in the running” or applied broadly to non-federal officeholders regarding Israel ties. Critics argue this reflects poorly on Harris’ campaign, suggesting a lack of sensitivity that could alienate key voter bases.

Kamala’s Personal Push for Apologies Sparks Backlash

Adding to the controversy, Shapiro discloses that Harris herself pressed him during the vetting to “be willing to apologize” for his strong condemnations of antisemitic protests on college campuses after the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas attack on Israel.

Standing firm, Shapiro wrote, “I believe in free speech, and I’ll defend it with all I’ve got. Most of the speech on campus, even that which I disagreed with, was peaceful and constitutionally protected. But some wasn’t.”

This demand from Harris has drawn ire for appearing to prioritize political optics over principled stances against hate, highlighting what some view as her willingness to compromise core values for electoral gain.

Shapiro, eyed as a rising star for the 2028 Democratic nomination, ultimately lost out to Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz as Harris’ pick. The revelation highlights tensions in Harris’ decision-making, with detractors questioning whether her team’s approach contributed to a divisive and ultimately unsuccessful campaign.

Memoir Feud Highlights Harris’ Self-Serving Narrative

The disclosures come amid an ongoing spat between Shapiro and Harris, fueled by her own 2024 campaign memoir 107 Days, where she depicts him as overly focused on VP perks—like asking about bedrooms in the Naval Observatory or borrowing Pennsylvania art for the Smithsonian—and claiming he’d insist on “be in the room for every decision.”

Shapiro fired back, calling her accounts “complete and utter bulls—t” and accusing her of peddling “blatant lies” to “sell books and cover her ass,” though he later walked back the latter phrase as “not appropriate.”

Set for release on Jan. 27, Shapiro’s book paints a picture of a Harris operation marred by questionable tactics, prompting broader scrutiny of her judgment and the lingering divisions within the Democratic Party.
