Hosts of The View are speechless after learning that they’re being investigated

The View is one of the worst shows on television. It’s a program that’s full of Leftist propoganda.

And the hosts of The View are speechless after learning that they’re being investigated.

The Federal Communications Commission is turning up the heat on ABC’s daytime gabfest The View, digging into whether the show violated rules on giving equal airtime to political candidates. This comes straight from a fresh report highlighting the agency’s push to enforce fairness in broadcasting.

Word on the street, courtesy of a source spilling to Fox News, pins the probe on an appearance by Texas State Rep. James Talarico, a Democrat gunning for a Senate seat. Talarico showed up on the show, soaking up the spotlight amid the 2026 Texas Democratic primary battle.

During his stint, Talarico clocked in about nine minutes of airtime in a single segment. Meanwhile, his main rival, Rep. Jasmine Crockett from Texas—also a Democrat—racked up roughly 17 minutes spread over three segments when she dropped by earlier.

This imbalance has the FCC’s antennae twitching, especially under their guidance aimed at making sure broadcast stations don’t tilt the scales for one candidate over another. The rules are clear: fairness for all who qualify on the ballot, no matter the party.

For years, according to Fox News, there’s been this loophole called the “bona fide” exception, letting actual news programs off the hook from doling out equal time to opponents. But the FCC isn’t buying it for talk shows anymore.

That puts The View in a tricky spot. Is it real news or just a liberal echo chamber? The hosts love to preach politics, but this scrutiny might force them to face the music.

But hold on—equal time isn’t just for Republicans versus Democrats. It covers everyone in the race, including primaries where Democrats duke it out among themselves. So, all qualified Dem candidates in Texas should get a fair shake.

Talarico’s nine minutes versus Crockett’s 17? That’s a red flag waving high. It suggests the show might be picking winners and losers in its own party’s scrum.

Crockett’s appearance happened last month, right before the FCC dropped its enforcement hammer.
Timing might save her spot from retroactive drama, but it doesn’t erase the questions about ongoing bias.

Conservatives have long called out The View for its one-sided rants, where liberal guests get the royal treatment and right-leaning voices get the cold shoulder. This investigation could finally hold them accountable.

If the FCC finds violations, it might slap fines or force the show to offer makeup time to snubbed candidates.

That would be a win for everyday Americans tired of media elites rigging the game.

In the end, this saga exposes how outfits like ABC play fast and loose with rules meant to keep elections fair.

It’s high time the FCC steps in and reminds them that the airwaves belong to the people, not Hollywood moguls.
