Hundreds of military leaders just broke rank to join forces with Trump

The military is sworn to obey the executive. But that doesn’t mean they can’t have an opinion about who that should be.

And now hundreds of military leaders just broke rank to join forces with Trump.

In a bold statement of support, over 200 retired U.S. generals and admirals have rallied behind former President Donald Trump, officially endorsing him for another term in office.

This powerful letter, posted by Flag Officers 4 America, underscores the critical need for Trump’s leadership, especially in the face of growing threats both foreign and domestic.

Calling the upcoming election “the most important since our Nation was founded,” these military leaders didn’t hold back.

“We are at a historic crossroad,” they warned, highlighting the stark choice between preserving America’s foundational values under Trump or continuing the current administration’s destructive march toward socialism and authoritarian cultural Marxism.

They pinpoint the Democrat Party’s role in actively dividing Americans through intersectionality, while foreign adversaries fan the flames of anti-American and anti-Semitic extremism across college campuses.

These threats, they argued, have become so severe under President Biden’s watch that the U.S. risks being pulled into a war with powerful adversaries — and losing.

“These assessments should be shocking to any American. Our national security is in serious jeopardy and our adversaries know it,” they declared, adding a grim reminder: “This did not happen during Donald Trump’s presidency.”

The letter blasts the Biden-Harris administration for prioritizing social engineering, like Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, over military readiness.

Meanwhile, our enemies — China, Iran, Russia, North Korea, and global terrorists — are growing stronger.

Under Trump, America stood firm against such threats; today, that strength is crumbling.

The retired flag officers pulled no punches when listing the catastrophic policies of the current administration:

  • Open borders: The influx of countless millions of unvetted illegals from 160 countries, including ~100,000 Chinese, most of military age, plus thousands of criminals and terrorists, place America at great risk. Future terrorist attacks of some size and fashion on U.S. soil are a near certainty. Border security is national security.
  • The Economy and Inflation: Inflation caused by the Administration’s policies, affect national defense because it decreases the money available to properly equip, train, arm and size our military. Today, just the annual interest on our debt exceeds the entire defense budget. That is not sustainable. Every dollar spent paying interest on the national debt is a dollar wasted and not available for defense of our country.
  • Physical and mental condition of the CINC: A May 2021 letter signed by over 200 retired flag officers said: “The mental and physical condition of the Commander-In-Chief cannot be ignored. He must be able to quickly make accurate national security decisions involving life and limb anywhere, day or night.” For the past 3.5 years, the CINC’s/President’s obvious impairments have been deliberately concealed and denied by the Vice President and others, placing politics above national security.

The solution? A return to Trump’s proven policies. “We endorse Donald J. Trump for president based on his proven national security track record,” they wrote.

“His policies, coupled with his ability to implement them in the face of opposition, worked before and will work again.”

This endorsement sends a clear message: the stakes couldn’t be higher, and only Donald Trump can steer the nation back from the brink.
