Hunter Biden burst back onto the scene and could end up behind bars

The Bidens have tried to fade into the background. But they aren’t going to get away that easily.

Now Hunter Biden burst back onto the scene and could end up behind bars.

Hunter Biden’s Support Deal Falls Apart — Baby Mama Demands Action

The ongoing saga of Hunter Biden’s child support fiasco has taken a sharp turn as Lunden Roberts — mother of his 7-year-old daughter, Navy — is now urging an Arkansas judge to throw the far-too-privileged ex-First Son in jail for failing to honor their 2023 child support settlement.

Roberts’ legal motion declares that Biden has stopped providing even the reduced support he agreed to, leaving her daughter without consistent financial or emotional backing.

“Incarcerate him in the Independence County Detention Center as a civil penalty until he purges his contempt by complying with this court’s orders,” the motion bluntly insists, underscoring the abdication of responsibility from a man who long leveraged his family name to dodge accountability.

Under the original deal, Biden’s supposed obligation was cut from $20,000 a month to $5,000 — along with pledges to funnel proceeds from his art sales to their daughter. Roberts gave up her bid to have Navy take the Biden surname in exchange for that promise. Yet Biden’s actions, or lack thereof, have drawn sharp rebuke.

Ghosted and Broken Promises — The Emotional Toll

Roberts didn’t just take issue with missed checks — she highlighted how Hunter’s erratic and self-serving behavior has hurt their daughter emotionally.

After several sporadic telephone calls, the motion says Biden simply vanished from their daughter’s life in 2024 — even following the release of Roberts’ book that she notes “neither disparaged nor derided” him.

One of the most heart-wrenching excerpts from her filing quotes the young girl on her own neglected feelings: Navy reportedly said she “could not wait to get to heaven” so she could “be with (her) dad who ‘lives far away and is really busy.’”

Roberts frames Biden’s ongoing refusal to meet his obligations as characteristic of his pattern of manipulation and avoidance — effectively forcing her back into court. “As is systemic in the history of this case, it is because of Mr. Biden’s antics that we find ourselves back before this court,” the filing states.

Unequal Treatment and a Call for Better Enforcement

Beyond jail time, Roberts is pushing the court not just to enforce the old terms, but to reevaluate support levels in light of Biden’s income — income that critics have long argued is cushioned by his famous surname and connections. She points to what she sees as a glaring disparity: her daughter is allegedly being shut out from the lifestyle and opportunities enjoyed by Hunter’s younger half-brother and other Biden grandchildren.

“MC1 has begun to realize that she does not have access to the same lifestyle as Mr. Biden’s other children, and that is not fair to MC1,” the motion argues. “It is axiomatic that no one can force Mr. Biden into being a good dad for MC1, but this court can make it so that MC1 has, at least, the same level of support as MC1’s younger half-brother.”

In short, this isn’t just a family dispute — it’s another glaring example of how Biden’s elite status and political insulation have, once again, let a powerful man dodge ordinary duties that countless Americans fulfill every day.
