Incriminating investigation thrusts Joe Biden right back into the spotlight

Biden thought he could get off scot-free. That dream has been shattered.

Now an incriminating investigation thrusts Joe Biden right back into the spotlight.

A federal investigation has confirmed that some FEMA employees deliberately skipped over homes displaying pro-Trump campaign signs last year — following direct orders from a supervisor.

The findings, released Tuesday, expose yet another scandal within the already troubled Federal Emergency Management Agency.

The Office of Special Counsel (OSC) found that at least five FEMA employees, acting on instructions from a superior, intentionally avoided Trump – supporting households in Florida after Hurricane Milton.

This blatant act of political discrimination was deemed illegal under federal law.

The OSC concluded that Marni’i Washington, the FEMA supervisor in charge of Crew 33, violated the Hatch Act — a law designed to prevent government officials from engaging in political activity while on duty. As a result, the agency has recommended disciplinary action against her.

“By directing political activity at her subordinates, Washington used her official authority or influence for the purpose of interfering with or affecting the result of an election,” the OSC stated in its report.

This revelation only adds to FEMA’s mounting troubles. The agency was already under fire last year for prioritizing aid to illegal immigrants while struggling to assist American citizens in crisis.

Washington, for her part, attempted to justify her actions. She publicly claimed that FEMA policy instructs employees to avoid homes where they feel unsafe, insinuating that Trump supporters were a threat.

However, the OSC investigation found no evidence of safety concerns at any Trump-supporting homes in the area Washington’s crew was assigned to.

Not only did Washington issue discriminatory orders, but she also misled FEMA leadership when questioned about her directives. According to the OSC, she falsely told her superiors that she had only instructed employees to avoid homes with “shoot on sight” or “no trespassing” signs.

“My team has registered Trump supporters however, we’ve avoided the Trump supporters that have signage stating they’ll shoot us onsite [sic],” she wrote in an email to FEMA management.

But investigators uncovered the truth — Washington had explicitly told her team to avoid Trump homes altogether.

That order was documented in a Microsoft Teams chat message she sent to her crew.

FEMA acted quickly once the truth came to light. Washington was “demobilized” on November 7 and officially fired two days later.

While FEMA may have removed one bad actor, this scandal raises deeper concerns about bias and corruption within federal agencies.

How many other government workers are using their positions to push partisan agendas?
