President Biden can’t take much more of this. His presidency is falling apart at the seams.
And Joe Biden just got handed this devastating loss in court that has him freaking out.
You may remember back in 2021 that one of Joe Biden’s top priorities was to use the COVID-19 pandemic panic to his advantage.
In fact, one of the first major things he did as President was signing an executive order that required everyone who worked for the federal government to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
This included all members of the military, and if superior officers did not sign off on exemptions, then members of the military who refused to get a vaccine were discharged.
Even federal contractors were required to get vaccines, which include the hundreds of thousands of workers for military equipment building companies.
Naturally, millions of Americans who worked for the federal government were concerned about losing their jobs if they didn’t get vaccinated, so they got the vaccine so they could keep bread on the table for their families.
But Joe Biden the Democrats knew this executive order wouldn’t last in the court system. And it sure didn’t.
In April 2022, the Fifth Circuit panel voted to strike down Biden’s vaccine requirement for all federal employees.
Since then, the Biden administration has been fighting for its executive order tooth and nail, even though the COVID-19 pandemic panic has been long gone.
But Joe Biden’s authoritarian order just got hit with the death blow that all but surely puts this executive order to rest.
The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals out of New Orleans has upheld the lower court ruling that the executive order is unconstitutional and will remain dead in the water.
According to Newsmax:
A federal appeals court in New Orleans on Thursday upheld a judge’s ruling blocking enforcement of President Joe Biden’s 2021 executive order requiring all federal employees take a COVID-19 vaccine.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit said that, contrary to arguments by the Biden administration, the judge had jurisdiction to issue a nationwide mandate against the requirement.
Obviously this is yet another major loss for the Biden regime in the court system, but it’s a major win for Americans.
The order was never designed to hold up under legal scrutiny. That’s what makes the order particularly despicable.
The Biden administration simply wanted to get as many people as they could to fall in line and get the vaccine under the threat of losing their jobs and not being able to provide for their families.
The only hope that the Biden regime has left for this executive order is to take it all the way to the Supreme Court.
But the new conservative majority in the Court is not likely to overturn these lower court decisions based on the uncompelling arguments the Biden lawyers have been making.
So this executive order likely dies here. Goodbye and good riddance.
