China has quickly become a growing threat to American sovereignty over the last 10 years. Some argue communist China is the biggest threat to America in the world.
That’s why when Joe Biden received a warning from the military about China, his face turned blue.
China’s reliance on totalitarian, communist economic practices have allowed them to become the leading exporter in the world since 2009.
But China is also in extreme debt unlike any other developed nation in the world.
Quietly, China has also been doubling down on their military presence, quickly becoming the second largest military spender in the world.
And they are spending more and more.
This, in conjunction with the fact that China is at odds with the US in a number of critical issues, has led some to believe that a conflict is on the horizon.
Gordon Chang of the Gatestone Institute – a non-partisan think tank educating on free democracies – recently took to Fox News to address how unprepared our military currently is under the Biden administration.
To put it lightly, it doesn’t sound good.
“They’re not prepared for a number of reasons. First of all, the Navy has been broken for a decade. The Air Force is not in great shape either, and also the political leadership in the Pentagon is not, I think, mentally prepared to fight a general war… They’re much more interested in things like… woke culture and the rest of it,” Chang began.
He continued by noting that while some don’t think a conflict with the Chinese is likely anytime soon, we need to be prepared for conflict within a matter of hours, not years.
“But also, they believe that if a conflict with China comes, it’ll come no earlier than five years from now, and that’s why they’re retiring ships and planes. They need to be ready for a conflict with China in the next few hours, not five years from now,” Chang added.
The Trump administration took the threat of the Chinese very seriously.
He was the first high profile US official to want to investigate China for potentially leaking the COVID-19 virus, maybe even intentionally.
At the time, Trump was laughed at for even proposing such an idea.
Fast-forward to today and it’s a commonly held belief that China should be investigated to some degree for what happened with the COVID-19 virus.
Joe Biden, on the other hand, has done absolutely nothing to hold China accountable about anything at all.
He hasn’t lifted a finger on the issue, much like the issue on the southern border.
The Biden White House continues to emphasize that President Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping are foxing on managing our “differences and work together on areas of shared interest.”
In truth, the Biden administration hasn’t accomplished anything to disarm the threat of China internationally in any way whatsoever.
And we all know Biden couldn’t possible handle being the commander-in-chief of a legitimate conflict with China, or any other serious world power right now.
