President Biden isn’t even hiding anymore. He’s an unashamed traitor.
Because Joe Biden took this classified trip to betray America once and for all.
The Biden administration has been awfully generous to Ukraine in their defensive war against the authoritarian Russian regime.
But apparently they don’t think Americans have done enough with their own taxpayer dollars.
Almost exactly one year after Russia’s invasion, U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden paid a surprise visit to Kyiv and pledged $500 million in fresh military assistance for Ukraine.
Moreover, Biden stated that this week would see the announcement of new penalties against the Russian ruling class and businesses who were “back the Russian war machine.”
He claimed that the military aid will include air surveillance radars, anti-armor systems, and artillery ammunition “to help protect the Ukrainian people from aerial bombardments,”
“The cost that Ukraine has had to pay is extraordinarily high. Sacrifices have been far too great,” Biden told media outlets in Kyiv, where he discussed matters with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Fighter planes, which Ukraine has been requesting from Western allies to help it repel Russian soldiers, did not appear to be mentioned by Biden.
While Biden, 80, and Zelenskyy strolled through central Kyiv, air raid sirens wailed, but there were no indications of Russian missile or air strikes.
Biden, who was in Kyiv for the first time since Russia’s invasion of that country began, declared that Washington would support Ukraine for however long it needed.
Biden said his trip to Ukraine was to “reaffirm our unwavering and unflagging commitment to Ukraine’s democracy, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.”
By far, the main provider of military support to help Ukraine stave off better-equipped Russian invaders has been the United States.
This most significant visit in the history of Ukraine-US ties, according to Zelenskyy, is the U.S. president’s first visit to Ukraine in fifteen years.
The chief of staff for Zelenskyy published pictures of Biden wearing sunglasses and walking next to Zelenskyy, who was dressed in his signature military garb.
According to some military strategists, a significant new Russian operation may already be under way in the east, and Kyiv is prepared for it.
In a speech, Biden praised Ukraine for its bravery in the conflict and said, “I knew I would be back..”
Zelenskyy and Biden were inside the St. Michael’s Golden-Domed Church, which is located on a square in the heart of Kyiv where burned-out Russian tanks have been positioned, when the air raid sirens began to sound.
Biden’s visit coincided with the anniversary of the Heavenly Hundred, or the more than 100 Ukrainians who died during anti-government demonstrations that led to the 2014 overthrow of a Moscow-backed president.
On Monday morning, a number of major thoroughfares in central Kyiv were closed to traffic. When thousands of oncoming people looked over barricades to see who had arrived in the capital, drivers waited in traffic.
Joe Biden and the Democrats think there is no cost that is too high for Americans to pay to foot the bill Ukraine racks up in their defensive effort against Russia.
But Americans don’t agree. Polls have shown that Americans believe that they have done enough with their own taxpayer dollars.
To continue to fork over unfathomable millions and billions of dollars to Ukraine is a betrayal of America.
