New Trump arrest news stuns the entire nation

The Left is worried Trump could win again. So they’re pulling out all the dirty tricks.

That’s why this Trump arrest news just stunned the entire nation.

The law-fare being waged against Donald Trump (as well as any other enemy of the Democrat Party now, like RFK Jr.) has been a major tactic of the Democrat Party in trying to prevent him from winning a second term in the White House fair and square. The law-fare helps them reach their radical base with character smears of Donald Trump, but more importantly, it forces Donald Trump and his campaign to spend time, money, and resources in court rather than on the campaign trail.

Well, they’re back at the drawing board coming up with a new legal attack on Donald Trump. This time, they want him arrested for the most insane, and frankly silly reason you won’t believe. Donald Trump’s crime? Bringing up Haitian immigrants in Springfield, Ohio in the debate against Kamala Harris.

That’s right. According to reports, an organization that is funded by the George Soros Open Society, The Haitian Bridge Alliance, is filing lawsuits against Donald Trump because of his comments about Springfield, Ohio. They note they want Donald Trump and J.D. Vance arrested for speaking out.

The Haitian Bridge Alliance, represented by the Cleveland-based Chandra Law Firm, filed criminal charges against Trump and Ohio GOP Senator J.D. Vance on Tuesday. The charges, filed in Ohio’s Clark County Municipal Court, include accusations of false alarms, public service disruption, telecommunications harassment, and aggravated menacing.

The group is utilizing an Ohio law that permits private citizens to file criminal charges, according to the law firm. Subodh Chandra, lead counsel for the lawsuit, stated, “The Haitian community is suffering in fear because of Trump and Vance’s relentless, irresponsible, false alarms, and public services have been disrupted.”

He added, “Anyone else who wreaked havoc the way they did would have been arrested by now.” Of course, Donald Trump did not do anything other than say something that had gone viral on the internet leading up to the debate.

This legal action follows a viral social media post from earlier this month in Springfield, Ohio, where a local resident claimed a Haitian migrant had butchered a pet cat for food.

The rumor escalated when Trump mentioned it during a presidential debate with Vice President Kamala Harris, stating, “In Springfield, they’re eating the dogs, the people that came in. They’re eating the cats. They’re eating the pets of the people that live there.”

While there has been no confirmation of the pet-eating allegations, many residents of Springfield have expressed frustration with the significant influx of Haitian migrants in recent years. Estimates suggest that 15,000 to 20,000 Haitian migrants have settled in Springfield, a town of fewer than 60,000 people, causing concern among some locals.

The Haitian Bridge Alliance is one of several organizations focused on Haitian and black migrants that received over $1 million in funding from the Open Society Foundations, which is supported by billionaire George Soros. Soros has long funded liberal causes and efforts to defeat Republican candidates.

Trump’s campaign, meanwhile, responded to the lawsuit, with spokesperson Karoline Leavitt stating, “President Trump is rightfully highlighting the failed immigration system that Kamala Harris has overseen, bringing thousands of illegal immigrants pouring into communities like Springfield and many others across the country.” She added that Trump would secure the border and end the chaos caused by illegal immigration.

Lawsuit Breakdown: It Could Go Either Way

On face value, this lawsuit has extremely shaky legs. Any legal expert would tell you that this case probably shouldn’t have been brought and should be thrown out before any more time and money is wasted on it.

The one problem, though, is that we’ve seen another huge “libel” case that seemed to have no legs make it all the way to a ruling in which the defendant was ordered to pay north of $1 billion in damages. Of course, we’re talking about Alex Jones.

Say what you will about Alex Jones, but every single legal expert with the remotest sense of justice agrees that Alex Jones is not guilty of a billion dollars worth of “damages” for what he said on his show about the Sandy Hook tragedy. He didn’t even make any specifically declarative statements that anyone could link to making victims out of the families who suffered the loss of loved ones.

Apply that same standard that Alex Jones got to this Trump-Haitian immigrants case and you have a recipe for disaster. It’s sadly conceivable now that a court could find Donald Trump “guilty” of the crime of simply parroting what he had heard online. Was it maybe a little foolish? Sure, though he did say there needed to be investigations. He didn’t say this was 100% fact yet.

But where’s the free speech? It seems to be getting chipped away slowly and slowly.
