Robert F. Kennedy Jr. gives shocking update on the president’s health

RFK Jr. is the nation’s health secretary. He knows a thing or two about wellness.

And Robert F. Kennedy Jr. gave a shocking update on the president’s health.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has set his sights on getting President Trump to ditch the drive-thru for good.

Kennedy, the firebrand behind the Make America Healthy Again push, spilled the beans on a podcast about the president’s wild eating choices, painting a picture of a leader who thrives despite a diet heavy on fast food favorites.

During his chat on The Katie Miller Podcast, Kennedy didn’t hold back when pressed on who in the cabinet sports the wildest food routines. “The president,” Kennedy stated.

He dove right into the details, highlighting Trump’s go-to grub. “The interesting thing about the president is he eats really bad food, which is McDonald’s … and Diet Coke,” RFK Jr. said.

But Kennedy quickly flipped the script, praising the president’s resilience. “He has the constitution of a deity. I don’t know how he is alive.”

This isn’t just idle talk; it’s part of the growing bond between Kennedy’s health crusade and Trump’s Make America Great Again agenda. The two have teamed up to tackle the junk that’s plaguing American plates, with Kennedy leading the charge against shady ingredients in everyday snacks.

Kennedy has long railed against the fast food giants and their chemical-laden offerings, urging companies to axe artificial dyes and other dubious additives. His efforts are front and center in the administration’s drive to clean up the nation’s food supply.

Just last week, the White House flipped the script on nutrition advice with a revamped food pyramid that puts the spotlight on proteins and saturated fats – a big win for those tired of the old government’s low-fat nonsense.

Kennedy contrasted Trump’s on-the-road indulgences with his habits at home. “When he’s at Mar-a-Lago, or he’s at the White House, he’s eating really good food,” Kennedy said on the podcast.

Yet, the secretary couldn’t hide his concern about the president’s travel eats. “I think if you travel with him, you just get this idea that he’s just pumping himself full of poison all day long, and you don’t know how he’s walking around, much less being the most energetic person.”

Trump’s well-known aversion to germs plays into his food picks, too. He insists on seeing soda or water bottles cracked open right in front of him, as reported back in 2021 by Washingtonian.

Kennedy shed light on the reasoning. “He says that the only time that he eats junk food is when he’s on the road and he wants to eat food from big corporations because he trusts it,” he stated. “He doesn’t want to get sick when he’s on the road.”

Flash back to the 2024 campaign trail, where Trump manned the fryer at a Pennsylvania McDonald’s – a stunt that fired up his base and showed his everyman appeal.

After clinching the win, the president had a laugh at Kennedy’s expense on his private jet, making the health advocate pose with a Big Mac and Coke.

“I even got Bobby Kennedy to eat a Big Mac,” Trump said. “He told me he loved it.”

Despite the ribbing, Trump has thrown his weight behind some of Kennedy’s key ideas, like warning expectant moms off Tylenol due to links with autism – a stance that’s challenging the Big Pharma status quo.

Wrapping up his praise, Kennedy highlighted Trump’s vitality. “He has incredible health,” RFK Jr. said.

“Dr. [Mehmet] Oz looked at his medical records, he said that he has the highest testosterone levels he has ever seen for an individual over 70. I know the president will be happy that I repeated that.”
