It seems every year elections are getting tighter and tighter. Now the courts are getting involved.
And the Supreme Court has now handed Democrats a huge election loss.
A major discussion in the political world in recent months has been the issue of abortion and how the federal and state level governments should approach it.
Pro-life conservatives insist that there must be some sort of protections for innocent babies in the womb, even if there’s disagreement on how much and whether it should come from the federal or state government.
The pro-abortion Leftists, however, are truly pushing for a future where it does not matter what you do with the unborn baby in the womb. The Democrat Party believes in abortion through all nine months of a pregnancy for any reason whatsoever. That’s their Party platform on that issue.
Democrats swear that this is a “losing” issue for Republicans and conservatives because they lie and say it’s all about “controlling” women at the end of the day. Nothing could be further from the truth.
When the issue is prevented fairly, polls show that a vast majority of Americans actually support some type of abortion restrictions that should be implemented into law. In fact, studies have demonstrated that Millennials and Gen Z are more pro-life in this regard than the previous generations.
A 2021 poll found that 44% of Millennials and Gen Z were in favor of the issue of abortion being left up to the states rather than the federal government by getting rid of the 1972 Supreme Court decision in Roe v. Wade.
That’s exactly what happened in 2022, but Democrats are now trying to claim that everyone and their mother wants Roe v. Wade back and codified by Congress. This is just one example of how the Left tries to twist the narrative rather than presenting the facts.
However, the Supreme Court in Ohio has delivered the pro-abortion Leftists a major loss that could change everything about this issue.
The Ohio Supreme Court ruled this week that the language for the abortion-related ballot question that will be voted on this November can include the term unborn child rather than “fetus”.
Originally, Ohioans United for Reproductive Rights, launched a lawsuit to get the Ohio government to switch the language from including unborn child in the question because they believe it is unfair.
They never once argued that the term “unborn child” is inaccurate, rather, they said they wanted to use a word like “fetus” instead because they think it’s more neutral and scientific language.
The Ohio Supreme Court sided with the state board in control of the ballot language, however, saying that because it’s entirely accurate to use the words “unborn child” that it should stay.

This is a huge deal because Ohioans will be met with accurate but sobering language when they go to vote this November on whether to uphold this amendment to enshrine abortion in the state’s constitution.
Not only that, but the Ohio Supreme Court voted unanimously, 7-0, in favor of keeping the term unborn child in the ballot question.
Again, when Americans are given the truth about what really happens during an abortion and the scientific facts, they almost always support some type of lawful restrictions of the heinous act.
Often times radical Leftists who proclaim to be pro-abortion will agree that if the baby can feel pain from the abortion that they shouldn’t be aborted at all. They’ll also often agree that when a heartbeat is detected that the baby shouldn’t be aborted then either.
But according to the radical Left, that’s being a Pro-Lifer who wants to control women like the silly novel The Handmaid’s Tale.
