Joe Biden and the Democrats have no respect for the rule of law. They’ve gone way too far this time.
Because the Biden admin has ordered the Supreme Court to do the unthinkable.
The Democrat Party completely lost its mind when a federal judge ruled that the FDA violated federal regulations when approving the abortion pill twenty three years ago.
Democrats from the state level all the way to the Senate and the White House were calling for Joe Biden and his executive branch to literally ignore the ruling.
Radical so-called “progressive” Democrat, Alexandria-Ocasio Cortez called for Joe Biden to “ignore” the ruling and order the FDA to continue to approve the abortion pill for use.
The Biden administration also announced that they’d be using the Department of Justice to defend pharmacies and manufacturers in legal battles so they could continue to distribute the abortion pill.
It is a prime example of how the Democrats simply will not play by the rules, while they expect everyone else to do so.
They claim to be the party of “democracy”, as Joe Biden has said a billion times at this point, but they are showing their true colors right now.
In fact, the Biden administration is outright admitting that they want the rule of law suspended so the abortion pill can continue to be used by millions of women, willy nilly.
Joe Biden’s DOJ made a request with the Supreme Court this week asking the High Court to put the ruling on the abortion pill “on hold” to stop the ruling from taking effect.

The Justice Department said it would ask the U.S. Supreme Court for an emergency order to stop the lower court ruling from taking effect.
The Biden White House says that they are going to “continue to fight in the courts” and said that they believe that the law is on their side.
“We are going to continue to fight in the courts, we believe the law is on our side, and we will prevail,” White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said Thursday.
Legal experts are largely divided on what’s going to happen next with regard to the abortion pill and the ruling from the Texas judge that kicked this whole spectacle off.
But one thing is undeniable: the Democrats are doing everything in their power to prevent the ruling from fairly taking effect.
The reality is that if the shoe was on the other foot, conservatives would be told to “suck it up” and accept the “rule of law.”
That’s literally what happened when Roe v. Wade was ruled all the way back in 1973. Even liberal legal heads agreed that the Roe v. Wade ruling was rubbish in its entirety.
But it remained the law of the land for nearly fifty years until the Supreme Court rightly overturned it with the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization case from June of 2022.
Again, it’s not like Joe Biden and the Democrats are arguing with the ruling from the Texas judge on the merits.
They are lashing out because they aren’t getting their way.
