Mrs. Trump has been out of the public eye for months. Now we know why.
And this photo of Melania Trump is raising eyebrows.
Donald and Melania Trump were seen together for the first time in seven months, despite the fact that the former president is still entangled in multiple legal battles.
The couple made their grand debut at this year’s Halloween party at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club on Tuesday night, with Metallica’s “Enter Sandman” playing in the background, according to a video circulated on social media.
In a second video, Trump was greeted with applause as he shook his fist and made his way to a table where Melania was waiting for him.
While many attendees dressed up for the holiday, the 45th president wore his go-to suit and red tie ensemble, while Melania wore a black gown.
It’s the first time the pair has been photographed together in about seven months, when they were spotted dining together at Mar-a-Lago’s Easter lunch on April 9.
Melania was mainly out of the spotlight and estranged from her husband over the summer, opting to stay in her New York City condominium inside Trump Tower as Donald fought his numerous legal fights.
She also recently renegotiated her prenup with Donald as he prepares for his third presidential bid.
Melania is most concerned with preserving and growing trust in their 17-year-old son, Barron.
While Melania has spent the majority of the summer away from the spotlight, Trump has had to deal with various legal battles, including one in which the true value of his Florida resort was substantially lower than the advertised price.
Trump’s tax advisor stated earlier this week in Manhattan Supreme Court that the Palm Beach resort’s market worth was only $27 million, less than the $517 million reported in prior records.
Don Jr. and Eric Trump, Trump’s eldest sons, are scheduled to appear Wednesday and Thursday, respectively, with their father scheduled to speak on Nov. 6.
On Sunday, a court reinstated the former president’s gag order in the Washington case accusing him of attempting to overthrow the 2020 election.
Under U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan’s order, issued at the request of the Justice Department, Trump is banned from attacking the special counsel or any witnesses involved in the inquiry.
While the Trumps celebrated Halloween with his invited guests, he couldn’t get away from his political foes: two invitees costumed as Joe and Hunter Biden, with the “younger Biden” carrying a bag of a white substance, a blow-up doll, and a huge bong.
As “Joe Biden” strolled around aimlessly, the Hunter lookalike carried a blow-up doll with a printed-out face.
Kimberly Guilfoyle, Don Jr.’s girlfriend, was also photographed at the party wearing a short Snow White costume.
