Trump lashes out at The View in the most hilarious way possible

The ladies of The View get filled with rage at the mention of Donald Trump’s name. The president knows that.

And Trump lashes out at The View in the most hilarious way possible.

President Donald Trump tore into Alyssa Farah Griffin, a former White House aide turned co-host of The View, calling her a “joke” for dodging a promise to wear a MAGA hat on air. Griffin had vowed last year to sport the iconic red cap for an entire episode if Trump secured the release of Israeli hostages.

Well, Trump delivered, orchestrating a deal that freed 20 hostages and brokered a ceasefire in Gaza. Yet, Griffin’s nowhere near a MAGA hat, and her silence speaks louder than her excuses.

Trump didn’t hold back when pressed about Griffin’s unkept pledge. “She used to work for me,” he said, exposing her quick change of tune after landing a spot on The View. “She got hired by The View, and they gave her a couple of bucks, and she changed her view very quickly. I never thought she’d make it. I never thought she had what it took in any way. You know what that means… It just shows what a fraud The View is.” Trump’s words hit hard, laying bare the hypocrisy of a media class that flips loyalties faster than a reality TV script.

Griffin, who left the White House in December 2020, reportedly sent Trump glowing letters at the time, praising his leadership. “This woman gave me letters and statements. She said I was the greatest president in her lifetime,” Trump recalled, adding with his trademark humor, “Now she’s not that old, so I don’t consider it a great compliment. But I’ve had better. More recently, I’ve had the greatest president of them all. I like that much better. Does that include Washington and Lincoln? Yes, it does.”

Last December, Griffin, already a loud Trump critic, made her bold promise on The View. She declared, “If he does good, if he gets the Israeli hostages out, I promise I will wear a MAGA hat for one day on the show and say, ‘Thank you for doing it.’” Her co-hosts weren’t thrilled—one grumbled, “Please don’t do that,” clearly dreading the sight of a MAGA hat on their set.

Fast forward to this week, and Trump made good. His team, including Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, negotiated with Hamas to free the hostages and secure a ceasefire. Even Griffin had to give credit, saying on Monday, “Whether you like Trump or not, I think he, I think [Special Envoy] Steve Witkoff, and I think Jared Kushner do deserve credit for this deal.”

She added, “I used to be of the mind that we don’t negotiate with terrorists, but sometimes the only way to get peace is to sit down with some of the most evil people and try to come up with what we can do to end the bloodshed. So thank God, I pray that this peace holds.”

So, where’s the hat? Donald Trump Jr. called her out on social media, reminding her of the promise, but Griffin’s dodged it entirely. No hat, no mention of the pledge on Monday or Tuesday’s shows. It’s the kind of gutless move that defines the establishment media—big promises when it suits their image, but zero follow-through when it’s time to face the music.

This isn’t just about a hat. It’s about integrity, or Griffin’s lack of it. Her flip-flop mirrors the betrayal millions of Americans feel from a media and political class that shifts allegiances with the wind.

She praised Trump when it served her career, writing “beautiful” letters and calling him the greatest president. But once she got her seat at the elite table, she traded principle for applause, bashing the man she once admired.

Trump’s hostage deal is a massive win, not just for him but for the American spirit of getting things done. While the media mocked and the pundits scoffed, Trump’s team sat down with some of the worst players on the world stage and brought those hostages home. That’s the kind of bold, no-nonsense leadership that resonates with everyday Americans tired of diplomatic double-talk.

Griffin’s praise for the deal, while nice, means nothing without action. Her refusal to wear the MAGA hat she promised isn’t just a broken vow—it’s a symbol of the establishment’s allergy to giving Trump his due.

They’ll toss out faint praise when cornered, but they’ll never embrace the movement he leads. The MAGA hat represents resistance to a corrupt status quo, and Griffin’s dodge shows exactly where she stands.

The View claims to be about truth and accountability, but their discomfort with a simple hat exposes their hypocrisy. They’re not about fairness—they’re about pushing an agenda.

Griffin’s failure to follow through is just the latest evidence that their “values” bend to whatever keeps the ratings up.

For Trump supporters, this is personal. The media can dodge and weave, but the American people see through the charade. They know who delivers results and who just delivers hot air.

Griffin’s made her choice. She can keep her cozy gig on The View and her claps from the anti-Trump crowd, but she’s lost something bigger: credibility.
