Federal court rips insane Biden-Harris amnesty order to shreds

The Biden-Harris regime tried to pull a fast one on Americans. But they’re not getting away with it.

As a federal court has ripped an insane Biden-Harris executive order to shreds in a court ruling.

A federal court in Texas has issued a temporary freeze on an executive order that could potentially grant amnesty and a pathway to citizenship for hundreds of thousands of undocumented immigrants in the United States.

On Monday, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas halted a program created earlier this year by the White House, which provides deportation protections and other benefits to undocumented immigrants married to U.S. citizens. The court’s decision followed a lawsuit filed less than a week earlier by a coalition of GOP-led states challenging the Biden-Harris administration’s order and seeking a temporary restraining order.

“This is a huge victory in our courtroom battle to block the Biden-Harris executive fiat giving over 1 million illegal aliens a path to U.S. citizenship,” said Stephen Miller, president of America First Legal, in a press release. “That executive decree is now frozen. America First Legal is deeply honored to partner with Attorney General Paxton, Attorney General Labrador, along with 14 other states to fight this unconstitutional mass amnesty.”

President Joe Biden announced the executive order in June during an event marking the 12-year anniversary of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. The order offers deportation protection, work permits, and a pathway to legal status for undocumented immigrants married to American citizens. The White House estimates that up to half a million immigrants could benefit from this program.

To qualify for the amnesty program, undocumented immigrants must be legally married to a U.S. citizen, provide proof that they have lived in the country for at least 10 years, and receive approval from the Department of Homeland Security, which reviews each application individually, according to the White House.

The administration is employing a policy known as “parole-in-place” to implement the order. This strategy eliminates legal barriers that prevent noncitizen spouses who entered the country unlawfully from obtaining green cards without leaving the country first, effectively giving them a route to permanent legal status.

Last Friday, a coalition of 16 states, led by Texas and Idaho in conjunction with America First Legal, filed a lawsuit challenging the program’s constitutionality and requesting a temporary restraining order.

“Under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, the federal government is actively working to turn the United States into a nation without borders and a country without laws,” Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said. “I will not let this happen.”

“Biden’s new parole workaround unilaterally grants the opportunity for citizenship to unvetted aliens whose first act on American soil was to break our laws,” Paxton continued. “This violates the Constitution and actively worsens the illegal immigration disaster that is hurting Texas and our country.”

Illegal Immigration Comes Into Focus Ahead Of November

Donald Trump and company are behooved to make the immigration issue a central discussion point ahead of when Americans vote in the Presidential election, starting with early voting that begins in September.

An estimated 10 million illegal immigrants have entered the United States on the watch of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris over the past three and a half years. That’s something she can’t run away from with rambling on with Democrat talking points.

Americans will also remember that she was the border czar, despite the corporate media trying to play revisionist history games by telling Americans they never called her the border czar, even though they absolutely did.

This plan from the Biden-Harris regime to offer amnesty to current illegal immigrants isn’t going to help their case that Democrats want to get the issue under control with a second term in the White House.

Especially not a potential Kamala Harris administration that has been half of the tumultuous Biden-Harris team from the last few years.
