Stunning report indicates Joe Biden is playing Russian roulette

The chaos of the Biden administration has reached new heights. What the President is doing is unbelievable.

Because a new stunning report indicates that Joe Biden is playing a dangerous game of Russian roulette.

The heart-wrenching story of Tammy Nobles and her daughter, Kayla Hamilton, has unfolded into a legal battle against the federal government, alleging negligence and a reckless game of “Russian roulette with our lives.” Nobles has filed a $100 million lawsuit, accusing the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Health and Human Services of failing to prevent the alleged assault and murder carried out by a teenage MS-13 gang member from El Salvador.

In the lawsuit, Nobles contends that the federal agencies failed her daughter by allowing the unidentified migrant into the country without proper identity verification. Kayla Hamilton, a 20-year-old autistic woman, met a tragic end when she was r*ped and strangled inside her Frederick, Maryland, trailer on July 27, 2022. The suspect, a 17-year-old El Salvador native, was later identified as an MS-13 gang member.

Nobles, in a testimony before the House panel investigating Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, emphasized that the issue goes beyond politics, stating, “For me, this is not a political issue; this is a safety issue for everyone living in the United States.” She is resolute in being her daughter’s voice and raising awareness about the critical border security concerns that played a role in the tragic events.

Her lawyer, Brian Claypool, further argues that a simple background check, even by examining the suspect’s tattoos, could have unveiled his gang affiliation, disqualifying him from entering the United States.

In an interview with NewsNation, Nobles expressed her frustration, saying, “Nobody at the border did their job and checked his background.”

The lawsuit alleges catastrophic failures by both the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Health and Human Services. Claypool asserts, “We’re bringing this lawsuit because we’re tired of being held hostage in our own country. We’re tired of DHS playing Russian roulette with our lives [and] with Kayla’s life.”

Claypool contends that the suspect should have been disqualified from entry into the country if federal agents had followed their own protocol.

He points out the significance of checking the suspect’s tattoos, stating, “All they had to do was lift the T-shirt of the 16-year-old young man that was trying to enter the border [and] they would have seen a gang-related tattoo.”

The tragic incident occurred after the suspect allegedly sublet the trailer from another undocumented migrant, making the case even more complex. Authorities managed to apprehend him in January 2023, comparing his DNA to evidence from the crime scene. He is now facing charges of first-degree murder, r*pe, and robbery, with a trial scheduled for June 28.

As the legal battle unfolds, the Department of Homeland Security expressed condolences to Ms. Hamilton’s family while refraining from commenting on pending litigation. The Department of Health and Human Services also conveyed sadness over the tragic loss, highlighting the complex challenges faced in immigration policies and border security.

Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee have launched a probe into Kayla’s r*pe and murder, criticizing the Biden administration’s open-border policy. In their May report, the committee concluded that open-borders policies created vulnerabilities exploited by criminal aliens and gang members.

Tammy Nobles and Brian Claypool’s pursuit of justice sheds light on the intricate web of immigration policies and the need for accountability. As the legal proceedings continue, the tragic tale of Kayla Hamilton serves as a stark reminder of the human cost associated with failures in border security protocols and the urgency for reforms to prevent such devastating incidents in the future.

The Department of Homeland Security has not commented on whether they’ve identified any procedural failures of agents at the southern border at this time.
