The U.S. Constitution is the foundation for American society. But it’s about to be upended.
Because Joe Biden is preparing to replace the Constitution entirely.
Over the weekend, a federal judge ruled that the abortion pill mifepristone could no longer be approved by the FDA for use.
The Trump appointed judge, Matthew Kacsmaryk, ruled that the FDA had violated several federal criteria when mifepristone was first approved 23 years ago.

This was a huge ruling that no one saw coming. But as one could expect, the radical Left went on a tirade lashing out against the federal judge.
House Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez completely lost her mind and called it an “egregious judicial overreach and abuse of power.”
She said that the judge ruling that the FDA can’t approve the abortion pill that ends the life of an innocent baby would be like a judge outlawing Aspirin.

She also startlingly said the Biden administration should outright ignore the ruling and continue to allow the FDA to approve the abortion pill.
“I believe that the Biden administration should ignore this ruling,” AOC said on CNN with Anderson Cooper.
“It is up to the Biden administration to enforce, to choose whether or not to enforce a ruling,” AOC added.
Even CNN’s Cooper pushed back on Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s suggestion that the Biden regime should outright ignore the federal court ruling.
However, it seems as though the Biden administration is already way ahead of AOC and the other radical Leftists calling for an end to the rule of law in America.
Reports have been swirling that the White House is seeking ways to push back against the ruling on mifepristone.
Some of the rumored avenues that the Biden regime is weighing includes using the DOJ to back pharmacies that don’t change anything as a result of the abortion pill losing FDA approval.
“We are discussing ways to offer them legal support,” a Biden White House source said to the media.
What the Biden regime is trying to do is effectively allow pharmacies to potentially break the law by continuing to dispense the abortion pill where they may not legally be allowed to by bankrolling their legal fees and using the weight of the Department of Justice in court.
This is a stunning development no matter which way you put it.
We’re talking about a sitting U.S. President openly admitting to trying to skirt the rule of law so that the abortion pill can continue to be dispensed, at all costs.
If it’s not clear already, the Democrats and the radical Left are not the party of the rule of law whatsoever. They are becoming more authoritarian by the day.
